On the occasion of the deposit of their instruments of ratification, the following states have expressed reservations or reservations. Statements made:

Greece:

Reservation on Art. VII (5) and (6):

I.

Switzerland shall become members of a force or of a civilian order or their relatives to the authorities of the sending or receiving State in accordance with Art. Reservation on Art. XIII:

Switzerland provides administrative and legal assistance in financial matters. The aim of administrative assistance is the correct application of the double taxation agreements and the avoidance of their abuse. Switzerland offers legal assistance only in the case of financial fraud, as well as on the basis of reciprocity.

Declaration on Art. VII:

The recognition by Switzerland of the criminal and disciplinary jurisdiction of foreign military authorities of the sending state in accordance with Art. VII of the agreement of the NATO Contracting Parties on the legal status of their troops does not refer to the procedures, the judgment counsel and the sentencing of a criminal court of the sending state in the territory of Switzerland.
