123. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the maturity examination in the higher education institutions in general

On the basis of § § 34 to 41 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2006 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2007, BGBl. I n ° 6, shall be assigned:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Sport on the maturity examination in the generally forming higher schools, BGBl. No 432/1990, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 270/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 5 (1), § 6 (1), § 8 (2), § 23 (1), § 27 (2), § 40 (5) and § 50 (1), the words shall be: "Leibesübungen" in each case by the turn "Movement and Sport" replaced.

§ 13. (1) § 12 of the first living foreign language is to be applied to the written examination in the second living foreign language (4 years old), with the proviso that:
