123. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the maturity examination in the higher education institutions in general

On the basis of § § 34 to 41 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2006 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2007, BGBl. I n ° 6, shall be assigned:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Sport on the maturity examination in the generally forming higher schools, BGBl. No 432/1990, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 270/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 5 (1), § 6 (1), § 8 (2), § 23 (1), § 27 (2), § 40 (5) and § 50 (1), the words shall be: "Leibesübungen" in each case by the turn "Movement and Sport" replaced.

Section 7 (1) reads as follows:

" (1) The subject of a specialist area work may consist of the area of one or two compulsory subjects, which have been taught to an extent of at least four hours per week, up to and including the last or penultimate level of school, if necessary in connection with an elective subject, which is to be selected for deepening or broadening, which can be selected for oral maturity examination (§ 5 (1)) and which, with regard to the task of the department work, is a useful Display fan combination. § 12. (1) The written written examination in the first living foreign language has

1.		the editing of an auditory text and
2.		the drafting of three texts

2.		Two different shorter texts on a subject chosen by the candidate from two different subjects. The two tasks assigned to each of these topics can come from the following types of text: different types of letters, articles, reports, stories as well as other types of text discursive, descriptive or narratic.
The total length of the texts to be sent in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 shall be at least 700 (at least 600 in Russian) and a maximum of 1000 words.

Scope and content of written written exams in the second living foreign language

§ 13. (1) § 12 of the first living foreign language is to be applied to the written examination in the second living foreign language (4 years old), with the proviso that:

1.		the reproduction of an audio text is no longer necessary, and
2.		the working time is five hours.

(2) § 12 on the first foreign language is to be applied to the written examination in the second living foreign language (six years), with the proviso that:

1.		the minimum length of the hearing duration is six minutes and the maximum length of the hearing duration is eight minutes, and
2.		to include the three-way play into working time.
The total length of the texts to be written should be at least 600 (at least 500 in Russian) and a maximum of 1000 words.

Scope and content of written written examination in mathematics

§ 14. The written exam in mathematics has four to six independent tasks to be included. " (6) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 123/2007 shall enter into force as follows:
