141. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the definition of vignette prices (Vignette price regulation 2007)

On the basis of § 12 of the Federal Act on the toll collection on federal roads (Bundesstraßen-Mautgesetz 2002-BStMG), BGBl. No 109/2002, as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 26/2006, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

Vignette prices

§ 1. The price of an annual vignette, including turnover tax, shall be

1.		single-track motor vehicles							29,50 Euro,
and		for
2.		multi-track motor vehicles, the maximum permissible gross laden weight of which is not more than 3.5 tonnes								73.80 Euro.

§ 2. The price of a two-month vignette, including turnover tax, shall apply to:

1.		single-track motor vehicles							11.10 Euro,
and		for
2.		multi-track motor vehicles, the maximum permissible gross laden weight of which is not more than 3.5 tonnes								22.20 Euro.

§ 3. The price of a ten-day vignette, including sales tax, shall be

1.		single-track motor vehicles							4,40 Euro,
and		for
2.		multi-track motor vehicles, the maximum permissible gross laden weight of which is not more than 3.5 tonnes								7,70 Euro.

Final destination

§ 4. (1) The provision of § 1 shall apply for the first time in respect of annual vignettes which entitle the user to use road vehicles in 2008.

(2) The provisions of § § 2 and 3 shall apply for the first time for vignettes that entitle the user to use the road as of 1 December 2007.

(3) The Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the fixing of vignette prices (Vignette price regulation), BGBl. II No 254/2000, will expire on 30 November 2007.
