151. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth on the Updating of the Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG (LMSVG-Annexes-Update V)

Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 24/2007, shall be ordered:

§ 1. The Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG) reads as follows:

§ 2. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation amending the Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG) is to enter into force, BGBl. II No 95/2006, except for force.
