Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the curricula for vocational schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2006, in particular § § 6 and 47 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The Federal Minister of Education and the Arts, BGBl. No 430/1976, on the curricula for vocational schools, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 480/2006, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 Z 1, the line shall be

(11) The following paragraph 19 is added to § 4:

" (19) The following provisions and annexes to this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 234/2007 shall enter into force as follows: except for power:

1.		Section 1, Z 1, 4, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 22, the annexes A/1/2, A/4/4, A/8/8, A/9/13, A/17/1, A/17/3, A/17/5, A/17/11, A/18/2, A/19/2 and A/22/1, the heading of Annex A/4/1 and Section III of Appendixes A/9/1, A/9/2, A/9/3, A/9/4, A/9/6, A/9/7, A/9/8, A/9/11, A/9/12, A/9/14 and A/9/15 are all in line with the 1. Class with 1. September 2007, 2nd class with 1. September 2008, the 3. Class with 1. September 2009 and the 4. Class entered into force on 1 September 2010;
2.		Annex A, Section III, Subsection C, as regards the materials used in annexes A/10/1 to A/10/8, shall be given in respect of 1. and 2nd class on 1 September 2007, the 3rd class Class with 1. September 2008 and the 4. Class entered into force on 1 September 2009;
3.		Annex A, section III, subsection C, as regards the subject matter of Annex A/17/7, as well as annexes A/4/5, A/8/2, A/10/6, A/10/7, A/16/3 and A/17/7, shall be given in respect of the 1. Class with expiry of 31 August 2007, 2nd class with expiry of 31 August 2008, 3. Class with expiry of 31 August 2009 and 4. Class with expiry date of 31 August 2010.
The regulations of the State School Councils may be adopted at the end of the day of the event, but they may not be put into effect before the entry into force of the plant concerned. "

12. Annex A (General provisions, General educational objective, General didactical principles, teaching principles and common subjects of the vocational schools) Section III (Education and teaching duties, teaching material, didactics) Basic principles of the individual common teaching subjects) Subsection C (Professional foreign language) will be the line in the teaching material

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The religious education curricula contained in Annexes A/1/2, A/4/4, A/8/8, A/9/13, A/17/1, A/17/3, A/17/5, A/17/11, A/18/2, A/19/2 and A/22/1 respectively under Section II have been adopted by the churches concerned and are hereby incorporated by reference in accordance with § § § § 2. 2 (2) of the Law of the Religious Education Act.
