On the occasion of the deposit of their instrument of ratification, the following declarations have been made by the States:

Bangladesh:

In accordance with Article 25 (4) of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, the People's Republic of Bangladesh declares that all amendments to Annexes A, B or C for Bangladesh shall not enter into force until they have been amended accordingly.
