301. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, which amends the seed regulation 2006

On the basis of § 4 of the seed law 1997, BGBl. I n ° 72, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 83/2004, shall be arranged:

The Seed Regulation 2006, BGBl. II No 417, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 150/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 para. 2 Z 8 the phrase " as last amended by Directive 2005 /91/EC, OJ L 327, 30.12.2005, p No. OJ L 331, 17.12.2005, p.24; through the phrase " as last amended by Directive 2007 /48/EC, OJ L 327, 30.4.2007 No. OJ L 195, 27.7.2007, p. 29; replaced.

2. In § 1 para. 2 Z 9 the word order shall be " as last amended by Directive 2006 /127/EC, OJ L 73, 14.4.2006, p No. OJ L 343, 8.12.2006 p. 82; through the phrase " as last amended by Directive 2007 /49/EC, OJ L 136, 31.4.2007, p No. OJ L 195, 27.7.2007, p. 33; replaced.

Section 15 (1) reads as follows:

" (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 November 2006, Section 1 (2) (8) and (9) of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 301/2007 by 1 November 2007 in force. "
