124. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economics on vocational training in the teaching profession of plate-and tile-stacker/in (plate-and tile-and-education-training regulations)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act (BAG), BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 129/2013, shall be arranged:

Teaching profession Plate and tile feeder/in

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession for plates and tiles is set up with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the course of the teaching contract, the teaching certificate, the teaching letter and the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentil's apprentiate (plate-and tile-laying or plate-and tile-leather-teacher).

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the apprentice, who is trained in the teaching profession, is to be able to be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and independent way:

1.		Check, prepare and compensate for laying down,
2.		Perform preparatory wall, drywall and plaster work,
3.		Installation of wall and floor heating systems,
4.		Manufacture of alternative and composite seals as well as elastic joints,
5.		Apply the laying and laying process to floors, walls and steps with different types of flooring,
6.		Control and verify the work performed, and detect and correct defects,
7.		Advising and advising customers and customers,

§ 3. (1) The following job description shall be established for the training in the teaching profession of plate and tile/tile feeder. (2) The provisions of the Children's and Young People's Employment Act, BGBl, shall be used for the placement of all vocational training positions. No 599/1987, (KJBG).

§ 4. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

(2) The theoretical examination comprises the subject matter of subject matter, applied mathematics and trade mark.

Theoretical examination

General provisions

§ 5. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can be carried out jointly for a larger number of candidates, if this is possible without adversely affecting the examination process. The theoretical examination can also be carried out in a computerised form, although all the essential steps for the examination board must be comprehensible.

(2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice. They are to be explained separately to the examination candidates on the occasion of the assignment.

Specialist

§ 6. (1) The examination shall include the substantive answer to questions from all the following areas:

1.		material science,
2.		Background,
3.		Laying techniques,
4.		tools and machines,
5.		Building protection (thermal, sound and moisture protection),
6.		safety rules;
7.		Construction site organisation and work preparation.

(2) The test can also be carried out in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, four questions are to be asked in each area.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 90 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 105 minutes.

Applied mathematics

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include tasks from all the following areas:

1.		Calculation of length and area,
2.		Calculation of material requirements and mass calculation,
3.		Depth calculation,
4.		Offset and reckoning.

(2) The use of calculation orders, formulas and tables is permitted.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 90 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 120 minutes.

Specialize

§ 8. (1) The examination shall include the completion of a laying planned in the ground and demolition as well as a relevant design detail drawing according to specifications.

§ 9. (1) The examination must be carried out in the form of the processing of an operational work order, after the examination board has been specified.

§ 10. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) The expert discussion has to be developed from the practical activity. In this case, the practical knowledge of the examination candidate is to be determined by using technical expressions. (4) The expert discussion should take 15 minutes for each candidate/candidate. An extension of not more than ten minutes has to be done on a case-by-case basis, if the examination board is otherwise not able to assess the performance of the examination candidate.

Repeat Review

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) In the case of the repetition of the test, only those test objects evaluated with "not enough" are to be considered.

Double

§ 12. A double teaching is excluded in the combination of the teaching professions "Plate and tile/in" and "Hafner/in".

Entry into force and final provisions

§ 13. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2015.

(2) The training regulations for the teaching profession plate and tile feeder, BGBl. II No 198/2009, without prejudice to paragraph 3, with the expiry of 31 May 2015.

(3) Apprentices who are trained in the teaching profession of plate-and tile-feeder on 31 May 2015 can continue to be trained up to the end of the agreed teaching period according to the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 and can continue until one year after expiration the agreed teaching period for the examination of the teaching profession in the teaching profession of plate and tile feeder/in accordance with the examination regulations contained in the training regulations in accordance with paragraph 2.

(4) The teaching periods completed in the teaching profession of plates and tiles in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 of this Regulation shall be fully attributed to the teaching period in the teaching profession of plate and tile-feeder/in accordance with this Regulation.
