127. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economics on vocational training in the teaching profession Stuckateur/in and dry-fitter (Stuckateur/in and dry ausbauer/in-apprenticeship regulations)

Due to § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act (BAG), BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 129/2013, shall be arranged:

Lecturing profession Stuckateur/in and dry farmer/in

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Stuckateur/in and dry-fitter is set up with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the teaching contract, teaching certificate, teaching letter and in the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentice (stucco and drymaker or stucco urine and dry-outfitter).

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the apprentice trained in the teaching profession is to be qualified to carry out the following activities professionally, independently and independently. can:

10.		Perform repair and restoration work.

§ 3. (1) The following vocational training is defined for the training in the teaching profession Stuckateur/in and Dry Builder/in. (2) The provisions of the Children's and Young People's Employment Act 1987 (KJBG), BGBl, are the teaching of all vocational training positions. No 599/1987.

§ 4. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

(2) The theoretical examination comprises the subject matter of subject matter, applied mathematics and trade mark.

General provisions

§ 5. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can be carried out jointly for a larger number of candidates, if this is possible without adversely affecting the examination process.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice.

§ 6. (1) The audit shall include the substantive answer to tasks from all the following areas:

1.		Plant, construction and auxiliary materials and their storage,
2.		tools, equipment and machines,
3.		Working methods
4.		Building tile stucco work,
5.		Plasterwork-Dry construction-Heat protection,
6.		Building physics,
7.		Scaffolders.

(2) The test can also be checked in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, five questions are to be asked from each area.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Applied mathematics

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include tasks from all the following areas:

1.		Calculation of length and area,
2.		Volum and mass calculation,
3.		Calculation of material requirements,
4.		Work Time Calculation.

(2) Use of calculation instructions, tables and formulas is allowed.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 50 minutes.

(4) The examination shall be terminated after 70 minutes.

Specialize

§ 8. (1) The test shall include the completion of a work drawing as specified.

(2) The task shall be to be carried out in such a way that it can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(3) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Practical examination

§ 9. (1) The examination shall be carried out in the form of the processing of an operational work order and shall include the following activities, as stated by the Examining Commission:

1.		Measuring, tearing open and tearing open,

(2) The Examination Committee has to provide for the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice each/every candidate for examination, which can usually be carried out in ten hours.

(3) The examination shall be terminated after twelve hours.

(4) The evaluation shall be based on the following criteria:

1.		Dimensional accuracy and cleanliness,
2.		professional execution,
3.		Proper use of the right tools, devices and machines,
4.		professional working methods.

Expert discussion

§ 10. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) The expert discussion has to be developed from the practical activity. In this case, the practical knowledge of the examination candidate is to be determined by using technical expressions.

(3) The purpose of the topic is to correspond to the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of professional practice. In this case, test pieces, material samples, demonstration objects, tools, components, drawings or display panels are to be used. Questions concerning the relevant safety regulations, recording obligations, protective measures and accident prevention as well as relevant environmental protection and disposal measures must be included.

(4) The expert discussion should take 15 minutes for each candidate/candidate. An extension of not more than ten minutes has to be done on a case-by-case basis, if the examination board is otherwise not able to assess the performance of the examination candidate.

Repeat Review

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) In the case of the repetition of the test, only those test objects evaluated with "not enough" are to be considered.

Entry into force and final provisions

§ 12. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2015.

(2) The training regulations for the teaching profession Stukkateur and dryausbauer, BGBl. No 1096/1994, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 177/2005 shall expire on 31 May 2015, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 3.

(3) Apprentices who are trained in the teaching profession Stukkateur and dryer on May 31, 2015 can continue to be trained up to the end of the agreed apprenticeship period in accordance with the training regulations referred to in para. 2 and can continue until one year after The course of the agreed apprenticeship period for the examination of the teaching profession in the Stukkateur and dryfitter occupations is due to the examination regulations contained in the training regulations as set out in paragraph 2.

(4) The teaching periods completed in the teaching profession Stukkateur and dryausbauer in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 shall be fully attributed to the teaching period in the teaching profession Stuckateur/in and dry-fitters/in accordance with this Regulation.
