128. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and the Economy on vocational training in the apprenticeship profession Textile design (textile design training regulations)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act (BAG), BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 129/2013, shall be arranged:

Teaching profession Textile design

§ 1. (1) The textile design profession is set up with a teaching period of three years as a priority teaching profession.

(2) In addition to the general part which is binding for all apprentices, one of the following priorities must be developed:

1.

Embroidery,

Knitted goods,

4.

Weberei.

(3) A further focus is not allowed. However, individual skills and knowledge of other focal points within the scope of the training can also be formed.

(4) In the teaching contract, certificate, teaching letter and in the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be called in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist (textile designer or textile designer).

(5) In any case, the training of the centre of gravity is to be noted in the apprenticeship contract by means of a corresponding notice in addition to the name of the teaching profession. § 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the trained apprentice is to acquire general knowledge in all aspects of textile design and to be able to carry out the following activities professionally, independently and to be responsible for:

§ 3. (1) The following general part shall be established for training in the textile design profession. § 7. (1) The audit shall include tasks from all the following areas:

§ 8. (1) The test shall include the completion of a simple multi-colour design.

(2) The task shall be to be carried out in such a way that it can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(3) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

§ 9. (1) The examination must be carried out in the form of the processing of an operational work order, after the examination board has been specified.

(2) The task has to be based on individual production steps in the design of textiles, including work planning, hygiene measures, safety and health measures at work, and any measures necessary for the production of textiles. § 10. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) The expert discussion has to be developed from the practical activity. In this case, the practical knowledge of the examination candidate is to be determined by using technical expressions. The examination candidate shall present technical problems and their solutions, show the technical background relevant to the contract and justify the procedure in the performance of the contract. The examination is in the form of a conversation that is as lively as possible, with a call for discussion by means of the description of situations and problems.

(3) The purpose of the topic is to correspond to the purpose of the final examination, the requirements of professional practice and the training of the centre of gravity. Here, tools, machines, demonstration objects, working aids or display boards are to be used. Questions concerning the relevant safety regulations, protective measures and accident prevention as well as relevant environmental protection and disposal measures should be included.

(4) The expert discussion should take 15 minutes for each candidate/candidate. An extension of not more than ten minutes has to be done on a case-by-case basis, if the examination board is otherwise not able to assess the performance of the examination candidate.

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) In the case of the repetition of the examination, only the test items rated "not enough" shall be considered.

Entry into force and final provisions

§ 12. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2015.

(4) apprentices who are trained in the training professions of machine stickers, posamers, knitwear producers or weavers on 31 May 2015 may be trained up to the end of the agreed teaching period in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 above. , and may, within one year of the end of the agreed period of apprenticeship, be able to perform the final examination in accordance with the examination regulations set out in paragraph 3.

(5) The teaching periods completed in the teaching professions of machine stickers, posamentiers, knitwear producers or weavers are to be fully attributed to the teaching period in the textile design profession.
