144. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, by which the Regulation on the inclusion of ancesuits in the teaching obligation of teachers at agricultural and forestry teaching institutions of the Federal Government

On the basis of § 9 (3) of the Federal Act of 15 July 1965 on the extent of the teaching obligation of the federal teachers, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 211/2013 and the Federal Law-Novelle 2014, BGBl. I n ° 11/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

The regulation on the inclusion of secondary services in the teaching obligation of teachers at the Federal State and forestry departments of the Federal Republic of Germany (LFNebLV), BGBl. II No 201/2012, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 76/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 5 together with headline reads:

" Support for IT jobs

§ 5. (1) The pedagogically professional support of information technology jobs (IT jobs) is to be included in the teaching obligation in the extent referred to in paragraph 2. This support includes in the pedagogical and technical field, in particular

1.

Application-oriented hardware and software support in the server/client operation, including Internet connection and user programs,

2.

The use of IT development environments and IT tools in the subject areas that need IT support,

3.

the supervision of teachers as well as the students in the web and IT operation of the school with special attention to security measures of inventoried IT workplaces,

4.

participation in the relevant procurement procedures;

5.

the management of the specialist library and of electronic web-supported technical glossaries and

6.

the creation of own and the evidence holding of electronic publications as well as web 2.0 applications of the specialist area.

(2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation shall be for:

up to 20 IT jobs

3 hours per week,

for every other IT workplace

0.05 per week per week

the teaching commitment group II. However, this calculation shall only be due to the following maximum extent:

(3) IT workstations within the meaning of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be understood to mean both non-networked and networked inventoried IT workstations (including Intranet), provided that they are permanently used for teaching. As IT workstations, under the conditions that all pupils of the class in question use a notebook PC or NetbookPC in the classroom, and the teaching program of this class in the majority of the teaching subjects to this teaching technology is, furthermore, school-network-external PC-analog mobile devices such as notebooks or NetbookPCs of the students. The number of pupils according to paragraph 2 is measured for each school year on the basis of the number of pupils on the cut-off date of the Austrian school statistics for the previous school year for the type of school in question. The number of IT jobs is determined by the IT workplaces that were inventoried for the respective school location in the previous school year. The number of notebooks or netbookPCs to be taken into account by the students depends on the number of notebooks used in the classroom by the pupils of the class in the previous school year or NetbookPCs, provided that the teaching program of this class was in the majority of the subjects to be tuned to this teaching technology.

(4) For the pedagogically professional support of learning platforms (LMS systems) used in the classroom, such as Moodle or dotLRN, an invoice from a week-hour of the teaching commitment group II is to be included in the teaching obligation if:

1.

at least half of the pupils and teachers of a school site are managed with LMS systems; and

2.

no settlement in accordance with paragraph 1 is due.

(5) If several teachers are involved in the care of IT jobs at a school, the accounts shall be divided among these teachers on the basis of the assigned tasks. "

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 6:

" (4) § 5 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 144/2015 shall expire on 31 August 2015. "
