354. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, with which the entry-sites-Regulation 2004 is amended

On the basis of § 26 (2) of the Plant Protection Act 1995, BGBl. N ° 532, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 87/2005, is in agreement with the Federal Ministers of Finance, Economic Affairs and Labour and Transport, Innovation and Technology:

The Entrance-Regulation 2004, BGBl. II No 186, shall be amended as follows:

1. The previous text of § 2 shall be replaced by the sales designation "(1)" ; the following paragraph 2 shall be added:

" (2) The Annex in the version of the Regulation BGBl. II No 354/2007 shall enter into force on 1 November 2007. '

ENTRY POINTS

A. Frontier Customs Offices, as entry points for imports of fruit, potatoes, other than seed potatoes, herbs, spices, vegetables and cut flowers, for seeds and nutrient substrates (soil, excluding pure peat), and for other objects, including forest material, as defined in Part B of Annex V of the Plant Protection Act (Plant Protection Act 1995) (control by customs bodies):

1.

In the area of the customs office Eisenstadt Flughafen Wien: Zollstellen Flughafen Wien Güterabmanufacture und Flughafen Wien Reisendenfabrishipment;

2.

In the area of the Zollamtes Feldkirch Wolfurt: Zollstellen Höchst, St. Margrethen, Tisis and Wolfurt/Post;

3.

In the area of the Zollamtes Graz: customs offices Graz Airport Graz and Graz Airport, exit from the Reisenden-check-in office;

4.

In the area of the customs office Innsbruck: customs offices Innsbruck Airport and Innsbruck Airport office exit;

5.

In the area of the Klagenfurt Villach customs office: Klagenfurt airport/road customs office and Klagenfurt customs office at Klagenfurt Airport/Straße branch office (each in air traffic);

6.

In the area of the Zollamtes Linz Wels: Zollstelle Linz Airport;

7.

In the area of the customs office Salzburg: customs offices Salzburg Airport and Salzburg Airport Office for the Reisenden-check-in;

8.

In the area of the customs office Vienna: Zollstelle Wien/Post and Zollstelle Wien/Post External trade customs clearance.

B. Frontier customs offices, designated as entry points for the import of plants, intended for planting, including forest plants, in accordance with Annex V, Part B, of the Plant Protection Act 1995:

1.

In the area of the customs office Eisenstadt Flughafen Wien: Zollstellen Flughafen Wien Güterabmanufacture und Flughafen Wien Reisendenfabrishipment;

2.

In the area of the Zollamtes Feldkirch Wolfurt: customs offices Buchs/Bahnhof and Tisis;

3.

In the area of the Zollamtes Graz: customs offices Graz Airport Graz and Graz Airport, exit from the Reisenden-check-in office;

4.

In the area of the customs office Innsbruck: customs offices Innsbruck Airport and Innsbruck Airport office exit;

5.
