27. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, with which the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung is amended

On the basis of § 4 (7) of the Financial Equalization Act 2008, BGBl. I No 103/2007, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation by which the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung (Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung) is issued and the Education Documentation Ordinance is amended, BGBl. II No 390/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Article 1 (Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung) § 1, the quote shall be " § 4 of the Financial Equalization Act 2005, BGBl. I No 156/2004 " by quoting " § 4 of the Financial Equalization Act 2008, BGBl. I No 103/2007 " replaced.

2. In § 11, the previous text receives the sales designation "(1)" and shall be added to the following paragraph 2:

" (2) § 1 of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 27/2008 shall enter into force with the end of the day of the event in the Federal Law Gazans. "
