Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on final examinations in the middle-and higher-vocational schools

Because of

1.

§ § 34 to 41 of the School Education Act, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 28/2008, and

2.

§ § 33 to 41 of the School Education Act for Vocational Training, BGBl. I No 33/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 90/2006,

Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs on the final exams in the vocational middle and higher schools (examination regulations BMHS), BGBl. II No 70/2000, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 219/2006, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the table of contents 2. Part (special provisions) 2.

"Audit of master craftsmen, master craftsmen and artisans ' schools"

2. § 5 (4) is deleted.

3. § 7 (2) reads:

" (2) For examination candidates for four-semester college students who take an internship after the fourth semester or for which the main holidays are extended due to the duration of the internship, the main examination will be found or parts of it will be found. the main examination in the main appointment within the first six weeks of the half-year following the training and in the other dates within the first six weeks of a six-month period. "

4. In § 7, the following is added after paragraph 2:

"(3) For examination candidates of the specialist schools with an internship, the main examination takes place within the first nine weeks of the second semester and in the remaining dates within the last nine weeks of a half-year."

(5) In Article 10 (2), the following sentence shall be inserted after the first sentence:

"At the Higher Teacher Institutes for Agriculture and Forestry, the examination candidate in the examination area" Fachcolloquium "is to submit a task in writing."

6. In § 11, the following paragraph 2a is inserted after paragraph 2:

" (2a) The headmaster has the examination areas or to announce the compulsory items in the various departments of the Higher Education Institutes for Agriculture and Forestry, in accordance with § 53 (3), not later than eight weeks after the beginning of the teaching year, by means of an attack at the school. "

7. The following sentence is added to Article 11 (9):

"The duration of the examination shall be not more than 60 minutes per examination candidate at master schools."

8. § 12 (1) Z 1 reads:

" 1.

11. § 14 (2) reads:

12. § 15 (2) reads:

Section 22 (3) reads as follows:

16. § 23 (3) reads:

1.

in the schools subject to the scope of the law on the teaching of schools, the teaching material of not more than two subject-related subject-related subject-matter which, at least in the last two years, has a total total of at least four hours per week , the following information has been provided:

The subject-specific subject (s) in which a subject-specific topic has been dealt with by the examination candidate, if the candidate for examination is the examination area "Project" in accordance with § 22 (1) Z 3 lit. a chose, or

b)

The compulsory items (items of dispatch) which are the subject of a diploma thesis prepared by the candidate for examination in accordance with § 22 (1) Z 3 lit. b is to be classified as a priority. "

Section 30 (2) reads as follows:

"(2) The examination area" Priority subject " in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 1 comprises the subject matter of a maximum of two subject-specific subject-matter, namely:

1.

those subject matter (items of dispatch) in which a subject-specific topic has been dealt with by the examining candidate if the examination candidate has chosen the examination area "Project" in accordance with Section 29 (1) (1) (1), or

2.

The compulsory items (items of dispatch) which are to be assigned to a diploma thesis drawn up by the examination candidate in accordance with § 29 (1) Z 2. "

18. § 36 (1) Z 1 reads:

" 1.

an oral examination in accordance with § 10 (1) Z 2 on the basis of a subject-specific topic addressed by the examination candidate in the examination area "Business Economic Colloquium" and "

Article 36 (2) reads as follows:

§ 52. (1) The examination shall include:

1.

A five-hour written written examination in the examination area "German",

2.

After the election of the candidate

a)

a five-hour written written examination in the examining area "Living foreign language" (with the name of the foreign language) or

b)

a five-hour written examination in the examination area "Business Administration and Accounting" and

3.

After the election of the candidate

a)

A written and/or graphical and/or practical examination in the examination area "Project", or

b)

a diploma thesis in accordance with § 9 (6) in the examination area "Diploma thesis".

(2) The audit area "Business Administration and Accounting" in accordance with paragraph 1 lit. b includes the subject matter "Business Administration and Accounting" or, in the case of a school-autonomous summary with other mandatory items, the sub-areas "Business Management" and "Accounting" of this compulsory subject-matter of compulsory school autonomy.

(3) The examination area "Project" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. a contains no more than four subject-related subject-matter (allocation items) of the respective speciality or the respective training centre, as well as the additional contraction of laboratories.

(4) The examination area "Diploma thesis" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. b comprises not more than four subject-theoretical subjects of the relevant subject area or the respective training centre, as well as the additional recovery of laboratories. The diploma thesis is to be processed and prepared by the examination candidates in an independent way outside of the course, with the results of the lesson being possible to include.

Oral examination

§ 53. (1) The oral examination shall include:

1.

an oral part-examination

a)

in the Examination area "Living foreign language", if the examination candidate has chosen the examination area "Business Administration and Accounting" in accordance with § 52 (1) Z 2 for the examination examination, or

b)

in the examination area "Business Administration and Accounting", if the candidate has chosen the Examination area "Living Foreign Language" in accordance with § 52 (1) (2) (2),

2.

an oral examination after the examination candidate has been elected in one of the following examination areas:

a)

"Religion",

b)

"German",

c)

"second living foreign language" (with the name of the foreign language), provided that the subject-matter covered by the examination area has been taught at least six hours per week,

d)

"History and Political Education" or

e)

"Applied Mathematics", provided that the subject matter "Applied Mathematics" does not apply according to Z 3 lit. a to the examination area or to Z 3 lit. b has been chosen as part of the examination area "Fachcolloquium", and

3.

After the election of the candidate

a)

two oral examinations as referred to in paragraph 3, provided that the relevant subject-matter corresponding to the respective examination area was informed of at least five hours per week and the total amount of weekly hours of the subjects taught was the subject of the examination. The examination subject of both partial tests shall be at least twelve hours per week, or

b)

an oral examination in the examination area "Fachcolloquium" (Fachcolloquium).

(2) The examination area "Fachcolloquium" (Fachcolloquium) according to paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. (b) includes two compulsory items in accordance with paragraph 3, which have been kept in the total of at least 10 hours per week.

(3) The determination of the examination areas for the candidates for selection in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. a or the compulsory subject-matter for the examination area "Fachcolloquium" (Fachcolloquium) according to paragraph 1 (1) (3) (lit) b is carried out by the headmaster from the subject areas taught in the III., IV. and V. Yearning from the following curriculum areas:

1.

at all higher agricultural and forestry educational institutions with a focus on training from the "Management and Law" curriculum, which have been introduced in school autonomously,

2.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agriculture of the Curriculum Area "Agriculture and Forestry",

3.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Wine and Fruit Construction, the curriculum areas "Biochemical and technical basics" and "Production and Technology",

4.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Garden and Landscape Design of the Curriculum Area "Garden and Landscape Design",

5.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Horticulture in the "Gartenbau" curriculum area,

6.

At the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agricultural Engineering, the curriculum areas "Agriculture" and "Technology" as well as from the curriculum area "Technical Natural Sciences and Computer Science" the subject matter "Applied Mathematics",

7.

At the Higher Teacher's Institute for Forestry, the curriculum areas "Forestry Production and Natural Space Management" and "Forestry Engineering",

8.

At the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agriculture and Food, the curriculum areas "Agriculture" and "Nutrition" and

9.

At the Higher Teacher's Institute for Food and Biotechnology, the curriculum areas "Agriculture" and "Technology and Laboratory" as well as from the Natural Sciences Curriculum Area "the subject matter" Applied Chemistry "," Microbiology and Hygiene "and" Food and biochemistry ".

21. The title of § 54 reads:

"Entry into force, external force"

(22) The following paragraph 4 is added to Article 54:

" (4) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II N ° 58/2008 shall enter into force as follows: except for power:

1.

§ 7 (2) as well as the transcripts of § § 54 and 55 shall enter into force on the expiry of the day of the customer's presentation in the Federal Law Gazans;

2.

§ 7 (3), § 11 (9), § 12 (1) (1) (1) and (1a), § 22 (3) and (4), § 23 (1) (1) (1) (lit). a sublit. dd, ee and para. 3, § 30 (2) and § 36 (1) (1) and (2) shall enter into force on the expiry of the day of the event in the Federal Law Gazans and shall apply for final exams from the main date of 2007/2008;

3.

the table of contents, the title in the second part of the second section, section 10 (2), § 11 (2a), § 14 (2), § 15 (2) and the 20. Section (§ § 52 and 53) will enter into force with the end of the day of the event in the Federal Law Gazans and must be applied for final examinations from the main date of 2008/2009;

4.

Section 5 (4) as well as § 56, together with the title, will expire at the end of the day of the customer's notice in the Federal Law Gazans.
