74. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the inclusion of ancesial services in the teaching obligation of the Federal Teacher at the University of Applied Sciences and Environmental Education Vienna (The secondary performance accounting regulation for the University of Agrar-and Environmental Education Vienna)

On the basis of § § 7 (1) and (9) (3) of the Federal Act on the extent of the teaching obligation of the federal teachers, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 96/2007:

§ 1. To the extent that anciseties are provided by teachers of the categories L 1 or L 2 to the following extent, they shall be included in the teaching obligation as follows:

1.

For the management of the practical training, including internatspraktical training, 4.5 hours per week of group II of the teaching commitment,

2.

for the management of the practical training, 4.5 hours per week of the teaching commitment group II.

§ 2. (1) The pedagogical-technical support of information technology (IT) jobs at the University of Agrar-und Umweltpädagogik Vienna in accordance with § 1 paragraph 1 Z 9 of the German University Act 2005, BGBl. I n ° 30/2006, the extent to which the teaching obligation is to be included in the amount referred to below. This support includes in the pedagogical and technical field, in particular

1.

Application-oriented hardware and software support, including internet connection and user programs,

2.

-organizational work,

3.

the supervision of the teachers and students in the IT operation of the University of Agrar-und Umweltpädagogik Vienna,

4.

participation in the relevant procurement procedures;

5.

the management of the specialist library and

6.

the creation of own and the evidence holding of electronic publications of the specialist area.

(2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation shall be for:

Up to 30 IT jobs ................................................................ 4 hours per week,

31

up to 60 IT workplaces ........................................................... 5 hours per week,

61

up to 90 IT jobs ................................................................ 6 hours per week

Teaching commitment group II and for each additional unit of 30 IT workplaces, one hour per week of the teaching commitment group II. However, this calculation shall only be due to the following maximum extent:

Up to 150 students ........................................................... 2 hours per week,

from 151 to 500 students ............................................................ 4 hours per week,

from 501 to 900 students ........................................................... 6 hours per week

the teaching commitment group II.

(3) In the preceding sense, IT workstations shall be understood to mean both non-networked and networked inventoried IT workstations (including Intranet), which are necessary for teaching. The number of IT jobs as well as the number of students is calculated for the respective academic year on the basis of the key date of the overall incidence of students at the Hochschule für Agrar-und Umweltpädagogik Wien.

§ 3. For the supervision of a visiting institution during a school, boarding school or consulting practice, one half hour of teaching hours of a 20-hour teaching obligation is to be included in the teaching obligation per actual guided hour. In the event of a shorter period of effective supervision, there shall be pro-rata.

§ 4. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. October 2007, in force.

(2) The regulation of the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry on the extent of the teaching obligation of the federal teachers at Land and forestry vocational education academies, BGBl. No 581/1990, will expire on 30 September 2007.
