82. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which changes the Telecommunications Fee Regulation-TKGV

On the basis of § 82 of the Telecommunications Act, BGBl. I n ° 70/2003, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 133/2005, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Telecommunications Fee Ordinance-TKGV, BGBl. II No 29/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 438/2006, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Lit. B Z V is added after Z 2 following Z 3:

" 3.		If the allocation of frequencies on the train involves the transfer of an authorization within the meaning of Section 81 (7) TKG 2003, no allocation fees are to be paid. "

2. In Lit. B and E shall be the amount "196,22 Euro" by the amount "199,56 Euro" replaced.

3. In Lit. B becomes the amount "981,08 Euro" by the amount "997,76 Euro" replaced.

4. In Lit. B becomes the amount "588,65 Euro" by the amount "598,66 Euro" replaced.

5. In Lit. B and E shall be the amount "98,11 Euro" by the amount "99,78 Euro" replaced.

6. In Lit. B becomes the amount "490,54 Euro" by the amount "498,88 Euro" replaced.

7. In Lit. B becomes the amount "294,32 Euro" by the amount "299,32 Euro" replaced.

8. In Lit. B becomes the amount "197 Euro" by the amount "200,35 Euro" replaced.

9. In Lit. B becomes the amount "982 Euro" by the amount "998,69 Euro" replaced.

10. In Lit. B becomes the amount "589 Euro" by the amount "599,01 Euro" replaced.
