137. Decree of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, amending the Regulation laying down the curricula of the primary school and the special schools; Announcement of the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation which enforces the curricula of the primary school and the special schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 26/2008, in particular § § 6 and 10 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs (BGBl) ordinal of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs, with which the curricula of the primary school and the special schools are issued. No 134/1963, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 107/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Art. I § 3 para. 9 becomes the turn "For courses to identify the need for special education" through the turn "For courses for the examination of special educational needs" replaced .

2. In Art. I § 4 para. 1 lit. a and e will be the turn "Pupils with non-German mother tongue" through the turn "Pupils with other first languages as German" replaced.

3. Art. I § 4 (3) reads as follows:

" (3) With regard to the practical and practical special schools, which are incorporated into a teacher training college for the purpose of teaching planned exercises, the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and the Arts is responsible for the measures referred to in paragraph 1 above. Culture in charge. "

4. In Art. I § 4 para. 4 becomes after the turn "The School Forum of the People's School" the twist "or the special school" inserted.

5. The species. In Article 5, the following paragraph 16 is added:

" (16) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 137/2008 enter into force as follows:

1.		Art. I § 3 (9), Art. I § 4 para. 1 lit. a and e, Art. I § 4 (3) and Art. 4. 4 (4) shall enter into force on the expiry of the day of the manifestation in the Federal Law Gazans;
2.		Annex C1, C2 and C3 will enter into force on 1 September 2008. "

Annexes C1, C2 and C3, forming part of this Regulation, shall be replaced by Annexes C1, C2 and C3.

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The curricula for religious instruction given in Annex C1 of this Regulation in Z 6 as well as in C2 and C3 respectively in Z 7 have been issued by the churches and religious societies concerned and are hereby hereby established in accordance with Article 2 (2) of the German Law on Religious Education.
