161. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which has a ban on the driving of heavy goods vehicles for certain roads (ban on driving vehicles in 2008)
On the basis of § 42 (5) Road Traffic Regulations 1960, BGBl. No 159, as last amended by BGBl. I No 152/2006, shall be ordered:
§ 1. Driving with lorries or semi-trailers with a maximum permissible gross laden weight of more than 7.5 tonnes and of heavy goods vehicles with trailers, in which the sum of the maximum authorised weights of both vehicles is greater than 7.5 tonnes is,

on 2 June 2008 from 9 a.m. to 24 p.m. and on 24 December 2008 from 9 a.m. to 24 p.m. on the A 12 Inntal motorway and the Brenner motorway A 13, if the destination is to be reached in Italy or in a country to be reached via Italy; |

on all Saturdays from 28 June 2008 to 30 August 2008 in the period from 9 am to 3 pm, if the destination of the journey is in Italy or in a country to be reached via Italy and on the 3. § 2. (1) withdrawn from the driving prohibited in § 1 Z 1, 2 and 3:

§ 3. (1) Legislation with which further driving bans are arranged shall remain unaffected.
(2) The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which provides for a ban on the driving of heavy goods vehicles (summer travel arrangements), BGBl, with the aim of facilitating the summer travel for certain roads. II No 208/2000, is hereby repealed.
