185. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour on the accreditation of the SystemCERT Certification Society m.b.H. to certify management systems
On the basis of § 17, Section 1 of the Accreditation Act-AkkG, BGBl. N ° 468/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 85/2002, shall be assigned:
§ 1. SystemCERT certification company m.b.H., which is based in 8700 Leoben, Parkstraße 11, is accredited as a body that certifies management systems (according to EN 45012).
§ 2. The certification authority includes the certification of quality management systems

in accordance with EN ISO 9001, in accordance with the Annex specified areas, |

in accordance with ISO 3834 part 1 to 5, |
|||||||||
| 3. |
according to the security and health management system of AUVA (AUVA-SGM). |

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour shall enter into force on the accreditation of the SystemCERT certification company m.b.H., BGBl. II No 160/2005, except for force.
