188. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior with which the Foreign Police Act-Implementing Regulation is amended

On the basis of the Foreign Police Act 2005 (FPG), BGBl. I n ° 100, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 4/2008, is-in accordance with Section 30 (3) in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs-decreed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior for the implementation of the Tourism Act 2005 (Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation-FPG-DV), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 450/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. The promulgation clause is:

" On the basis of the Foreign Police Act 2005 (FPG), BGBl. I n ° 100, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 4/2008, is-in accordance with Section 17 (3), 28 (2) and 30 (3), in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs-decreed: "

3. The rate of introduction in § 5 (1) reads as follows:

4. § 5 para. 2 Z 2 reads:

5. In § 6 the phrase " Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the form and content of passports and passports, BGBl. No 861/1995, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. 7. § 12 and the title shall be deleted.

8. The previous § 13 receives the Section title " § 12. " and the following paragraph 3 is added:

" (3) § § 3, 5, 6, 7 and 12 as well as the promulgation clause in the version of the regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior BGBl. II No 188/2008, enter into force at the end of the day of the event; at the same time, the previous § 12, together with the title, will not enter into force. "
