211. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the maturity examination in the higher education institutions in general

On the basis of § § 34 to 41 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 28/2008, shall be ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Sport on the maturity examination in the generally forming higher schools, BGBl. No 432/1990, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 123/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 12 (2), the first sentence reads:

" In the treatment of the task according to paragraph 1 Z 1, the central auditory strategies will be the central hearing strategies in two to five listening texts (minimum total length of the hearing time ten minutes, maximum total length of the hearing time 20 minutes), detail understanding and interpreting listening through a selection from the following test formats: "

2. § 13 (2) reads:

" (2) The written written examination in the second living foreign language (six years) is to be applied to § 12 on the first living foreign language with the proviso that the minimum total length of the hearing duration is six minutes and the maximum total length of the Hearing duration is 16 minutes. The total length of the texts to be written should be at least 600 (at least 500 in Russian) and a maximum of 1000 words. "

3. § 20 (1) Z 3 reads:

" 3.		in the case of a supplementary question, the area of the examination area in a meaningful connection
a)			with a compulsory school-autonomous subject-matter relating to the examination area, or autonomous elective subject matter if it is provided for at least two hours per week in the upper level; or
b)			with the (autonomous) elective subject of computer science, if the elective subject matter of computer science is provided for in the upper level of the total amount of at least four hours per week, or
c)			with the first or second foreign language.
		In addition, in the Realgymnasium or in the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with special consideration of the arts education and in the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with instrumental lessons, the oral focus examination on a supplementary question the area of the examination area Musical education in a meaningful connection with the subject matter of instrumental instruction. (4) § 21 (1) the following sentence is added:

5. § 55 is added in accordance with paragraph 6 of the following paragraph 7:

" (7) § 12 para. 2, § 13 para. 2, § 20 Abs. 1 Z 3 as well as § 21 (1) of this Regulation as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 211/2008 shall enter into force on the expiry of the day of the presentation of this Regulation in the Federal Law Gazans and shall apply to final examinations from the main date of 2008/09. "
