214. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which will determine the aliquot of administrative and financial expenses as well as the aliquot charges for the balancing energy of the eco-electricity processing site for the year 2008 (Aliquoting Regulation 2008)

On the basis of § 21a of the Ecoelectricity Act, BGBl. No 149/2002, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 44/2008, shall be:

§ 1. The aliquots of administrative and financial expenses (§ 21 Z 2 of the Ecoelectricity Act) for green electricity plants according to § 10 Z 4 of the Ecoelectricity Act, which are to be used in the determination of the contractible feed-in tariff for the calendar year 2008 shall be taken into account for installations in accordance with

§ 2. The aliquots expenses for balancing energy (§ 21 Z 3 of the Ecoelectricity Act) for green electricity plants according to § 10 Z 4 of the Ecoelectricity Act, which are to be taken into account in the determination of the contractible feed-in tariff volume for the calendar year 2008, are for installations according to

§ 3. The aliquots expenses for the landing technology villages (§ 22b paragraph 6 of the Ecoelectricity Act) for green electricity plants according to § 10 Z 4 of the Ecoelectricity Act, which are used in the determination of the contractible feed-in tariff volume for the calendar year 2008 shall be taken into account for installations in accordance with

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2008 in force.
