227. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which changes the plastic form training regulations, the plastics technology training regulations and the metalworking training regulations. (Attempts to transfer training in the field of training)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 5/2006, shall be arranged:

Article 1

Amendment of the Plastic Forming Training Order

The Plastics Forming Training Order, BGBl. II No 260/2003, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 177/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

Article 1 (2) shall not apply; the previous paragraph 3 shall be replaced by the name "(2)" .

§ § 13 and 14, together with the title, are deleted; the previous § § 15 and 16 receive the designations "§ 13." and "§ 14." .

4. In the (new) § 14, the word order is deleted "and with the expiry of 30 June 2011" .

5. The previous text of the new § 14 receives the sales designation "(1)" ; the following paragraph 2 is added:

(2) § § 1, 13 and 14 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 227/2008 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the presentation of the said Regulation; at the same time, § § 15 and 16 shall expire in the version in force up to that date. "

Article 2

Change of the plastics technology training regulations

The Plastics Technology Training Regulations, BGBl. II n ° 23/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 104/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

Article 1 (2) shall not apply; the previous paragraph 3 shall be replaced by the name "(2)" .

§ 15 together with the title shall be deleted; the previous § § 16 and 17 shall be given the names "§ 14." and "§ 15." .

4. In the (new) § 15, the word order is deleted "and with the expiry of 30 June 2012" .

5. The previous text of the new § 15 receives the sales designation "(1)" ; the following paragraph 2 is added:

(2) § § 1, 14 and 15 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 227/2008 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the presentation of the said Regulation; at the same time, § § 16 and 17 shall be repeal in the version valid up to that date. "

Article 3

Amendment of the Metalworking Training Order

The metalworking training order, BGBl. II No 267/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

Article 1 (2) shall not apply; the previous paragraph 3 shall be replaced by the name "(2)" .

§ 12 together with the title shall be deleted; the previous § 13 shall be replaced by the title "§ 12." .

4. The previous text of the new § 12 receives the sales designation "(1)" ; the following paragraph 2 is added:

(2) § § 1, 12 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 227/2008 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the presentation of the said Regulation and, at the same time, § 12 shall expire in the version valid up to that date. "
