234. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, amending the Regulation on the curricula for vocational schools; Announcement of the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the curricula for vocational schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 26/2008, in particular § § 6 and 47 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for vocational schools, BGBl. No 430/1976, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 75/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 Z 1, the line shall be

5. In § 4 para. 15 Z 3 the turn-of-the-turn "and with the expiry of 31 December 2008" .

6. The following paragraph 20 is added to § 4:

" (20) The following provisions of this Regulation as well as the annexes to this Regulation as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 234/2008 enter into force as follows:

1.		§ 1, Z 1, 3 and 18, Annex A, Section III, Subsection C, as well as Annexes A/1/1, A/1/15, A/1/16, A/1/17, A/3/9, A/3/10, A/18/4 and A/18/5, with regard to the 1. Class with 1. September 2008, 2nd class with 1. September 2009, the 3. Class with 1. September 2010 and the 4. Class entered into force on 1 September 2011;
2.		Annex A, section I, subsection A and section III, subsection C, in respect of school work, section III of Annexes A/6/10, A/9/3, A/17/3 and A/20/5, as well as sections I and IV of Annex A/17/5, enter into force on 1 September 2008;
3.		Section IV of Annex A/8/8 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the customer's presentation.
The regulations of the State School Councils may be adopted at the end of the day of the event, but they may not be put into effect before the entry into force of the plant concerned. "

7. Annex A (General provisions, General educational objective, General didactical principles, teaching principles and common subjects of the vocational schools) Section I (General provisions, general education objective, general education objective, general education objective, general education objective, general education and training principles, general education and training principles) didactical principles and teaching principles) Subsection A (General provisions) is the fourth paragraph:

11. Annex A/1/17, which forms part of this Regulation, shall be added to Annex A/1/16.

Annex A/3/10, which forms part of this Regulation, shall be added to Annex A/3/9.

15. Annex A/6/10 (Framework curriculum for the teaching profession Systemgastronomiefachmann) Section III (Education and teaching duties as well as teaching material and didactical principles of the individual subjects) Subsection (Oenological Internship) are the didactic principles:

17. Education and teaching tasks:

The students should be able to master the contents of the doctrine of the word and sentence as well as the doctrine of punctuation and to check texts for their linguistic correctness.

Teaching material for pupils who prepare for the professional tyre test:

Creative writing and commenting on selected examples of contemporary and professional literature.

Didactic principles:

The main criterion for the choice of teaching materials is the contribution to the safe handling of the written rules of the German language as well as to the communication and cooperation capacity of the students. Texts, media examples and problems are intended primarily for the professional and private sphere of experience, and should be based on the acquired knowledge from compulsory schoenings. The self-employed shelling of information materials is to be promoted.

In the area of oral communication exercises are exercises of individual task or Exercises in small groups recommended. Situation-oriented discussion and social forms motivate the students to participate actively, thereby enabling a variety of communicative self-and foreign experiences and making an important contribution to the formation of personality can be.

The targeted use of audio-visual media enables exercises to be conducted in appropriate behavior through feedback, as well as self-and foreign criticism.

18. 20. Annex A/17/3 (Framework curriculum for the teaching profession) Section III (Common didactical principles) is the sixth paragraph:

21. Annex A/17/5 (Framework curriculum for the teaching profession) Section I (Hoursboard) is the third footnote:

22. Annex A/17/5 Section IV (educational and teaching duties and teaching material of the individual teaching subjects) Subsection specialized teaching (mechanical technology) is used in the fourth paragraph of the educational and teaching task "his profession" through the turn "their teaching profession" replaced.

Annex A/18/5, forming part of this Regulation, shall be added in accordance with Annex A/18/4.

24. Annex A/20/5 (Framework curriculum for the teaching profession of stroke and string instrument construction) Section III (Education and teaching duties as well as teaching material and didactical principles of the individual subjects Subsection specialized teaching The second paragraph of the educational and teaching task is the following:

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in Annexes A/1/1, A/1/15, A/1/16, A/1/17, A/3/9, A/3/10, A/18/4 and A/18/5 respectively under Section II have been adopted by the churches concerned and are hereby hereby established in accordance with Article 2 (2) of the Religious Education Act, BGBl. No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993.
