234. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, amending the Regulation on the curricula for vocational schools; Announcement of the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the curricula for vocational schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 26/2008, in particular § § 6 and 47 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for vocational schools, BGBl. No 430/1976, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 75/2008, shall be amended as follows:

5. In § 4 para. 15 Z 3 the turn-of-the-turn "and with the expiry of 31 December 2008" .

6. The following paragraph 20 is added to § 4:

" (20) The following provisions of this Regulation as well as the annexes to this Regulation as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 234/2008 enter into force as follows:

§ 1, Z 1, 3 and 18, Annex A, Section III, Subsection C, as well as Annexes A/1/1, A/1/15, A/1/16, A/1/17, A/3/9, A/3/10, A/18/4 and A/18/5, with regard to the 1. Class with 1. 11. 17. Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in Annexes A/1/1, A/1/15, A/1/16, A/1/17, A/3/9, A/3/10, A/18/4 and A/18/5 respectively under Section II have been adopted by the churches concerned and are hereby hereby established in accordance with Article 2 (2) of the Religious Education Act, BGBl. No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993.
