235. Resolution of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, with which the factual management of certain matters pertaining to the sphere of action of the Federal Chancellery is transferred to a German Federal Minister of State

On the basis of Article 77 (3) of the B-VG, the Federal Minister of the Federal Chancellery Heidrun SILHAVY has transferred the following matters relating to the scope of the Federal Chancellery's activities:

(1) Coordination in matters related to women's and gender equality policies

Coordination in matters of gender mainstreaming

Issues of equality between women in the labour market

Affairs of the Equal Treatment Commission and the Office for Equal Treatment

Affairs of the Federal Equal Treatment Commission and the Interministerial Working Group on Equal Treatment

(2) Radio and television affairs, insofar as they do not fall within the competence of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology; other media matters, with the exception of judicial media law.

Coordination in matters of telecommunications, information technologies and media as far as they do not fall within the scope of action of another Federal Ministry

(3) The following general affairs of the state administration, insofar as they do not fall within the scope of action of the Federal Ministry of Finance:

Provision of a cross-sectoral electronic citizens ' information system

General affairs of the state administration with regard to automation-supported data processing

(4) The following matters of general government policy, including the coordination of the entire administration of the federal government, insofar as it does not fall within the scope of action of another Federal Ministry:

Summary treatment of structural policy matters; coordination of the financial management of the European Regional Fund

Coordination in matters of spatial research, spatial planning, spatial planning and regional policy, including the coordination of regional programmes within the framework of the EU Structural Funds

(5) Paragraph 1 to 4 does not apply to tasks of the personnel administration and the organization and to matters reserved to the Federal Chancellor by federal constitutional law.
