The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, the Federal Minister for Justice, the Federal Minister for the Environment, Youth and Family, the Federal Minister for Labour, Health and Social Affairs and the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs on the Federal Law, which promotes the re-establishment of enterprises (Neugründungs-Förderungsgesetz-NeuFöG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 278/1999, shall be amended as follows:

In Section 2 (3), the word order shall be "ÖNACE 1995 (published by the Austrian Statistical Central Office)" through the phrase "ÖNACE in the current version (published by the Bundesanstalt Statistik Österreich)" replaced.
