401. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour on Vocational Training in the Apprenticeship Profession of Wood Technology (Holztechnik-training regulations)

On the basis of § § 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 82/2008, shall be assigned:

Teaching profession Wood technology

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Holztechnik is set up as a module teaching profession.

(2) In addition to the basic module binding for all apprentices, one of the following main modules must be developed:

1.

Pre-production production (H1)

2.

Material production (H2)

3.

Sawing technique (H3)

(3) In order to deepen and specialise in training, a further main module or the following special module may be selected, taking into account Article 1 (4):

(5) In the first two years of teaching, the basic module must be conveyed. The training in the basic module and in the selected main module lasts three years. If a further main module is completed, the apprenticeship takes four years, a special module will be completed, and the teaching time will take three and a half years. The training in the modular teaching profession wood technology lasts for a maximum of four years.

(6) The terms chosen in this Regulation shall include the male and female form. In the teaching contract, the teaching certificate, the teaching letter and the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist (wood technician, wood technician).

(7) All or The main modules and the special module are to be noted in the teaching contract, certificate, letter of instruction and in the certificate of teaching qualification by a corresponding notice in addition to the name of the teaching profession.

Professional profile

§ 2. (1) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module for the production of prefabricated parts are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the teaching establishment and in the vocational school.

Equipping, setting up, setting up, checking and waiting of wood drying systems as well as production machines and plants for the production of finished products such as e.g. Windows, doors, stairs, furniture and furniture parts made of wood and other materials,

3.

Service, monitoring and control of conveyor systems, lifting and transport equipment, wood drying systems as well as production machines and plants for the production of finished products such as e.g. Windows, doors, stairs, furniture and furniture parts made of wood and other materials, also using computer-based systems,

4.

Pre-assembly and assembly of finished products such as e.g. Windows, doors, stairs, furniture and furniture parts,

5.

Treatment and finishing of surfaces,

6.

Carry out the work, taking into account the relevant safety regulations, standards, environmental and quality standards.

(2) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module of material production are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school:

1.

Assess, control, select and store wood-based materials, timber timber or round timber, as well as prepare for further processing (e.g. Entrinden),

2.

Equipping, setting up, setting up, checking and waiting of wood drying systems, processing plants as well as production machines and plants for the production of materials such as chipboard, fibreboards, plywood boards, wood glue products,

3.

Serving, monitoring and controlling conveyor systems, lifting and transport equipment, wood drying systems, processing plants and production machinery and equipment for the production of materials such as chipboard, fibreboard, Plywood panels, wood glue products, also using computer-based systems,

4.

Treatment and finishing of surfaces,

5.

Carry out the work, taking into account the relevant safety regulations, standards, environmental and quality standards.

(3) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module of the sawing technique are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school:

1.

Assess, control, select and store timber from wood in compliance with the industry regulations

2.

Equipping, setting, setting up, checking and waiting devices, machines and equipment

3.

Operate, monitor and control conveyor systems, wood drying systems, woodworking and processing machinery and equipment also using computer-aided systems,

4.

Working and processing of wood, in particular, the production and processing of lumber,

5.

Treatment and finishing of surfaces,

6.

Carry out the work, taking into account the relevant safety regulations, standards, environmental and quality standards.

(4) apprentices trained in the special module design and construction are able to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the teaching establishment and in the vocational school:

1.

Create design drawings by hand and computer-based,

2.

Planning, designing and creative design of products, individual parts or assemblies according to their own ideas or according to design specifications for series production,

3.

Carry out calculations in connection with the design of products, individual parts or assemblies for series production,

4.

Presentation of work results using presentation aids.

§ 3. (1) In order to acquire the skills in the sense of the occupational profile, the apprentice is to be trained in the following knowledge and skills by the end of the basic module:

§ 4. (1) The training required for the handling of lifting and transport equipment (vocational training position 4.29 in the basic module, vocational training position 22 in the main module manufacturing part production, vocational training position 20 in the main module material production, Vocational training position 23 in the main module sawing technique) must be carried out within the framework of a training association with a training institute entitled to do so.

(2) The apprentice is from the lecturer at the latest in the course of the 3. § 5. (1) The final examination shall be divided into a theoretical and practical examination.

(2) The theoretical examination comprises the objects of wood technology, production technology and applied mathematics.

(3) The theoretical examination shall not apply if the candidate has successfully completed the last class of the professional vocational school or if he has demonstrated the successful completion of a vocational middle or higher school that has been replaced by the apprenticeship.

(4) The practical examination shall include the items of test work and expert discussion.

Theoretical examination

General provisions

§ 6. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can also be carried out in a computerised form, although all the essential steps for the examination board must be comprehensible.

(2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice. They are to be explained separately to the examination candidates on the occasion of the assignment.

(4) The written work of the examination candidate shall be marked accordingly.

Wood technology

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include tasks in the following areas:

1.

wood types and wood detection,

2.

Wood production,

3.

Woodworking and wood drying,

4.

Surface treatment and finishing,

5.

Trade forms of wood.

(2) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes. The test is to be complete after 80 minutes.

Production technology

§ 8. (1) The audit shall include tasks in the following areas:

1.

tools,

2.

Woodworking machines,

3.

Wood processing machines,

4.

Support technology,

5.

Safety, environmental protection and fire safety regulations.

(2) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes. The test is to be complete after 80 minutes.

Applied mathematics

§ 9. (1) The audit shall include tasks in the following areas:

1.

Calculation of length and area,

2.

Volum and mass calculation,

3.

Percent and Proportion Calculation,

4.

Calculation of material requirements,

5.

Average calculation.

(2) The use of calculation orders, formulas and tables is permitted.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes. The test is to be complete after 80 minutes.

Practical examination

Audit work

§ 10. (1) The audit work is based on the execution of an operational work order.

(2) The work contract shall include knowledge and skills mediated during the training in accordance with the modules agreed in the teaching contract. In any case, part of the work order are work planning, measures on safety and health protection at work, all necessary measures for environmental protection and quality control. The individual steps in the execution of the work order are to be documented.

(3) The Examination Committee has to carry out a test work on the purpose of the final examination, the requirements of the professional practice and the completed main module, which can normally be carried out in six hours. If further modules have been taught, the duration of the test work is to be extended by two hours each module. In the case of an additional main module, the extended examination time comprises an extended task in accordance with paragraph 4, and in the special module an extended task in accordance with paragraph 5.

(4) The extended task in accordance with paragraph 3 during the extended examination period during the completion of a further main module shall include the following task:

1.

An operational work order, which includes knowledge and skills that were taught during the course of the training in the main module. This work order can be integrated into the work order of the first main module. to this. In any case, part of the work order is work planning, safety and health measures at work, as well as all necessary measures for environmental protection and quality control. The individual steps in the execution of the work order are to be documented.

(5) The extended tasks referred to in paragraph 3 during the extended examination period during the completion of the special module shall include one of the following tasks:

An operational work order, which includes knowledge and skills that were taught during the training in the special module. This work order can be integrated into the work order of the main module. to this. In any case, part of the work order is work planning, safety and health measures at work, as well as all necessary measures for environmental protection and quality control. The individual steps in the execution of the work order are to be documented.

2.

A written processing of tasks, which include knowledge that was taught during the training in the special module. In order to process the task, the candidate receives documents from the Examination Committee. On the basis of these documents, he has to develop his task solution, which he has to document in writing.

(6) After a period of seven hours, provided that a further main module or special module has been completed, the test work shall be completed after nine hours.

Expert discussion

§ 11. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) In the course of the expert discussion, the Examination Committee shall provide the candidate with thematic positions from the operational practice in accordance with the knowledge and skills acquired in accordance with the modules agreed in the teaching contract. The candidate has to develop suitable solutions. For this purpose, material samples, tools and other demonstration objects can be used for this purpose. Thematic positions on relevant safety regulations, protective measures and measures to prevent accidents should be included.

(3) The expert discussion shall take 20 minutes for each candidate and 30 minutes during simultaneous examination of another main module or the special module. An extension of not more than ten minutes shall be carried out on a case-by-case basis if the examination committee is not otherwise able to assess the performance of the candidate without a doubt.

Repeat Review

§ 12. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) If up to three items have been rated "Not enough", the re-taking test shall be limited to the items rated "Not enough".

(3) If more than three items have been rated "Not enough", the entire test shall be repeated.

Additional Check

§ 13. After successfully completed examination of the teaching qualification in at least one main module of the teaching profession Holztechnik or successfully completed teaching qualification examination in the teaching profession wood and sawing technology, an additional examination according to § 27 (1) of the Vocational training law in a main module and/or special module of the teaching profession Holztechnik will be filed. In this case, the additional examination in a main module has to extend to the objects of test work and expert discussion, in the special module on the objects test work restricted to the extended task and expert discussion. § § 10, 11 and 12 apply analogously to these additional tests.

Examination of the part-examination of the department of the professional tyre test on the occasion of the examination of the final examination

§ 14. (1) According to Article 4 (3) of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test, BGBl. I n ° 68/1997, as amended, in conjunction with Section 22a (1) of the Vocational Training Act, on the occasion of the successful completion of the apprenticeship examination for a modular teaching profession with a four-year training period for the partial examination of The Faculty of Professional Testing will be part of the programme.

(2) The sub-examination of the department of professional tire testing consists in accordance with Section 3 (1) Z 4 of the Federal Act on the Professional Examination of Professional Tire from a written written examination and an oral examination. It is to be judged with a note.

(3) The written examination is five hours. The subject must come from the occupational field, including the professional environment, of the candidate.

(4) The oral examination must be carried out in the form of an examination of the written examination, including the professional environment at a higher level. It has to take place before the entire examination board.

(5) The examination board for the examination of the part-examination of the profession examination subject to the examination of the teaching qualification of a modular teaching profession with a four-year training period consists of an expert expert according to § 8a of the Federal Law on the Examination of Occupational Qualifications as Chairman and two assessors of the Apprenticeship Commission, who are responsible for carrying out the examination and the assessment of the benefits as examiners within the meaning of Section 8a of the Federal Law on the In the case of a professional tyre test.

(6) At the latest three months before the expected date of the examination, the apprentice body shall propose to the Landesschulrat (Landesschulrat) the National Council of Education and the Chairperson-in-Office of the Chairperson-in-Office and to announce the prospective examination date. The apprentice body shall, together with the chairman, establish the concrete dates of the examination without delay, but at the latest within four weeks after the appointment of the chairman.

(7) At the same time as the proposal of the expert experts envisaged for the chairmanship is to submit to the Landesschulrat (Landesschulrat) the tasks of written examination papers. The tasks of the oral examination shall be submitted to the Chairman for approval at the latest on the day of the examination before the start of the examination.

(8) The assessment of the examination referred to in paragraph 2 shall be carried out by the examiners in agreement with the Chairman. In case of doubt, the Chairman's vote gives the rash.

(9) The examination referred to in paragraph 2 may not be repeated on the occasion of the examination of the final examination. In the event of non-existence, the admission to the professional tyre test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test.

Transitional provisions

§ 15. Persons who have passed the final examination in the teaching profession Wood and Sawing Technology are directly responsible for the management of the designation "Holztechniker/Holztechnikerin-Hauptmodul Sasatechnik" on the basis of Section 24 (5) of the Vocational Training Act (Vocational Training Act) authorized.

Final provisions and entry into force

§ 16. (1) The provisions of § § 1 to 4 concerning the training regulations for the teaching profession Holztechnik will enter into force on 1 May 2009.

(2) The provisions of § § 5 to 15 concerning the examination of the teaching qualification and the filing of the partial examination on the subject of the professional tyre test on the occasion of the final examination for the teaching profession Holztechnik occur with 1. Jänner 2012 in force.

(3) The training regulations for the teaching profession Wood and Sawing Technology, BGBl. II No 190/2000, in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 177/2005, will expire at the end of 1 September 2013. In these teaching professions, without prejudice to paragraph 4, it is no longer possible to enter into force from 1 May 2009.

(4) The training regulations for the teaching profession Holztechnik are to be applied for teaching conditions from 1 May 2009 with the proviso that such teaching conditions can only occur in ascending order after teaching years. For apprentices, whose first academic year before 30 April 2010, whose second year of teaching ends before 30 April 2011 or the third year of their apprenticeship before 30 April 2012, the training regulations for the teaching profession wood and sawing technology in accordance with para. 3 continue to be , even if this is based on the calculation of teaching or training times. These apprentices may, up to one year after the end of the agreed period of teaching, take part in the examination of the final examination on the basis of the examination regulations contained in the training regulations in accordance with paragraph 3.
