454. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor on the fixing of the flat-rate remuneration of the Federal Government for the performance of lawyers in the context of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates (flat-rate compensation ordinance of the UVS procedure 2008)

On the basis of section 56a (1) in conjunction with § 47 (1) and (3) of the Bar Code, RGBl. No. 96/1868, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 68/2008, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance and the Main Committee of the National Council:

Flat-rate compensation

§ 1. The amount of the flat-rate compensation for the benefits of the lawyers appointed in accordance with § 45a RAO in the framework of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates in the countries will be paid for the year 2008 and the following years with 10 000 euros per year set.

§ 2. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Federal Chancellor's Regulation on the fixing of the flat-rate compensation for the performance of lawyers in the framework of the assistance of proceedings before the independent administrative senates (UVS-Procedure Aid-Package Remuneration Regulation 2007), BGBl. II No 313/2007, except for force.
