479. Resolution of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, with which the factual management of certain matters pertaining to the sphere of action of the Federal Chancellery is transferred to a German Federal Minister of State

On the basis of the Article 77 (3) B-VG, the Federal Minister of the Federal Chancellery of Gabriele HEINISCH-HOSEK transferred the following matters to the office of the Federal Chancellery of the Federal Chancellery:

(1) Coordination in matters related to women's and gender equality policies.

Coordination in matters of gender mainstreaming.

matters of equality of women in the labour market;

Affairs of the Equal Treatment Commission and the Office for Equal Treatment;

Affairs of the Federal Equal Treatment Commission and the Interministerial Working Group on Equal Treatment.

(2) General staff matters of public servants, in so far as they do not fall within the scope of the Federal Ministry of Finance's activities.

These include in particular:

Law on service and remuneration, pension rights, service procedures and the organizational measures required.

Federal establishment plan and job evaluation.

General affairs of initial and continuing training of public servants.

General affairs of the service audits.

General affairs of the professional representation of public servants.

General affairs of remuneration as well as the personnel information and reporting system.

Work on an equal development of civil service law, on the right of personnel representation and on the protection of employees of the public servants of the Federal Government, the Länder and the municipalities.

Matters of the Personnel Representation Supervisory Commission and the Disciplinary Commission and the Appellate Commission.

General affairs of the recruitment of federal staff.

(3) The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to the tasks of the personnel administration and the organisation.

(4) Paragraph 1 and 2 shall also not apply to matters reserved for the Federal Chancellor by the Federal Constitutional Law.
