196. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, with which the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung is amended

§ 4 of the Education Documentary Act, BGBl. No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 48/2014, |

| shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance: |
||||||||||
The Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung, BGBl. II No 390/2005, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 190/2014, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 2 (1) (2) and (3) reads:

under full employment equivalent (VBÄ): the extent of employment and/or the sum of the employment dimensions of a plan job percentage divided by 100, whereby for national contract teachers in the pay group pd |

| a) |
full employment 22 twenty-two of a full-employment equivalent in the primary schools and special pedagogics, |
|||||||||
| b) |
full employment in the new middle schools/main schools and polytechnic schools 22 and twenty-one of a full-employment equivalent; and |
|||||||||
| c) |
full employment 22 three-and twentieth of a full-employment equivalent in the post-vocational training area |
|||||||||
| is to be taken into account; |

| 3. |
under multi-service performance: |
|||||||||
| a) |
Every lesson according to § 50 (1), (2), (3) or (6) of the Landeslehrer-dienstrechtsgesetz, BGBl. No 302/1984 (LDG), pursuant to Section 61 (1) (1) (1) or (12) of the salary law of 1956, BGBl. No 54, (GehG) iVm § 106 paragraph 1 Z 1 LDG, or pursuant to § 50 para. 1, 2, 3 or 6 LDG iVm § 26 paragraph 2 lit. k of the Landescontractual lehrPersons Act 1966, BGBl. No. 172, (LVG), pursuant to Section 61 (1) (1) (1) or (12) of the Act of Law of the Contract Law 1948, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, (VBG) iVm § 26 para. 1 lit. a LVG, or in accordance with § 23 (1) or (5) LVG, for which a remuneration is due to the national teacher (permanent multi-service performance); |

| b) |
Every lesson in accordance with § 50 (4) or (6) LDG or pursuant to § 61 paragraph 8 or 12 GehG iVm § 52 para. 21 LDG or pursuant to § 50 para. 4 or 6 LDG iVm § 26 para. 2 lit. k LVG or pursuant to § 61 paragraph 8 or 12 GehG iVm § 91 VBG iVm § 26 para. 1 lit. a LVG, or § 23 (4) LVG, for which a remuneration is due to the national teacher (single service). " |

2. In § 4 (2), the turn shall be "Education, science and culture" in each case by the turn "Education and women" replaced.
3. § 6 Z 1 reads:

Number of full-employment equivalent in basic employment: |

| The values reported for the school year from the data fields BAUSM and BAUSMK of the plant are |
||||||||||
| a) |
to add to the post-office areas of elementary schools and special education, |
|||||||||
| b) |
to add new middle schools/primary schools and polytechnic schools in the planning areas, with the reported values from the data fields BAUSM and BAUSMK with (22/) for those data sets in which the data field SCHEMA is set to be the same as the data fields BAUSM and BAUSMK (22/ 21) are to be multiplied, |

| c) |
to add vocational schools in the planning area, where the reported values from the data fields BAUSM and BAUSMK are to be multiplied by (22/23) for those data sets in which the data field SCHEMA has the form pd. |

| and by (100 x 12). " |

4. In § 10, the turn "Education, art and culture" through the turn "Education and women" replaced.
5. The following paragraph 5 is added to § 11:
" (5) § 2 para. 1 Z 2 and 3, § 4 para. 2, § 6 Z 1 and § 10 as well as the annex to § 3 paragraph 1 in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No. 196/2015 will enter into force with 1 September 2015. "
6. The installation shall be replaced by the one forming part of this Regulation.
