210. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the Austro Control Fee Ordinance is amended (ACGV-Novelle 2014)

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) and (3) of the Federal Act on the Austro Control Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, BGBl. No. 898/1993 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 21/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Austro Control Fee Regulation (ACGV), BGBl. No 2/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 178/2014, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 12 is added to § 6:

" (12) The II. Section in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 210/2015 shall enter into force with the day following the presentation. For administrative procedures pending at that time, the fees in the version before the BGBl shall be as far as those administrative procedures have been fixed. II No 210/2015. "
