18. Representing of the Federal Chancellor concerning amendments to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN)

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 103/2003, shall be made known:

The following amendments to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) were annexed to the communication of the Secretary-General of the United Nations of 2 December 2008. Regulation (Kundrendered in BGBl. III, No 67/2008), pursuant to Article 20 (5) of the Convention, and entered into force on 28 February 2009.
