Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the meeting funds of the Rail Control Commission (SchiCKomm-Session Money Regulation 2009)

Due to § 85 of the Railways Act 1957, BGBl. N ° 60, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. No 125/2006, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

§ 1. The members of the Rail Control Commission and/or the replacement members who are to be replaced shall be due to participate in meetings of the Commission and prepare a meeting fee of EUR 68 for the chairman, EUR 64 for the deputy of the Chairpersons and EUR 60 for the other members per hour of completion. For another hour, the half-hour rate is due.

§ 2. Rails-Control GmbH has the meeting funds to instruct the members on a quarterly basis.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the meeting funds of the Rail Control Commission (SchiCKomm-Session money ordinance), BGBl. (II) No 366/2000, except for force.
