According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, the Protocol entered into force on 1 March 2005, pursuant to Article 5 (2) of that Protocol.
The Minutes were published in the Official Journal of the European Union, OJ C 327 No. OJ L 224, 16.8.2006 p. 10.
Due to § 5 (2) of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. 100/2003, in conjunction with the decision of the National Council pursuant to Art. 49 (2) B-VG to the Protocol 1 on the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, all authentic language versions of the Protocol will be made known by the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.
