Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement establishing a partnership between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, on the occasion of the accession of the Czech Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic to the European Union

According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, the Protocol entered into force on 1 March 2005, pursuant to Article 5 (2) of that Protocol.

The Minutes were published in the Official Journal of the European Union, OJ C 327 No. OJ L 224, 16.8.2006 p. 10.

Due to § 5 (2) of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. 100/2003, in conjunction with the decision of the National Council pursuant to Art. 49 (2) B-VG to the Protocol 1 on the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, all authentic language versions of the Protocol will be made known by the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.
