51. Federal Law, which adopts the Federal Financial Framework Law 2009 to 2012 and the Federal Financial Framework Law 2010-2013

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Federal Financial Framework Law 2009-2012 – BFRG 2009-2012

§ 1. The ceilings for expenditure will be set at the level of headings with the following amounts for the financial years 2009 to 2012 with a view to rounding the sums:

§ 3. (1) The ceilings for expenditure referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 increase by all possible reserves (sections 17a, 53, 101(2)). 11 and 12 of the Federal Budget Law (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, in the respective version) according to the budgetary provisions.

(2) The expenditure amounts provided for in § 1 and § 2 as variable change according to the relevant Regulation under § 12a. 4 BHG in the respective version.

§ 4. The main lines of the 2009-2012 staff plan show the maximum cost-effective personnel capacity per subdivision. The annual sums set out in the table below may not be exceeded on any day of each year by the expenditure-effective personnel capacities:

§ 5. This federal law will take place on 1st January. July 2009 enters into force and applies for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31. December 2012.

§ 6. The implementation of this federal law is

§ 5. This federal law will take place on 1st January. January 2010 in force and applicable from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2013.
