190. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth concerning the standard rules for petrol station operators on the timing of the pricing of fuel at petrol stations

On the basis of § § 3 (1), (5) and (14) of the German Pricing Law, BGBl. N ° 146/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 6/2006 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I n ° 3/2009, and Section 69 (2) of the Industrial Code of 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 68/2008 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I No 3/2009, shall be ordered:

§ 1. Operators of petrol stations have prices for fuel in accordance with § § 5 and 6 of the Regulation on price labelling for certain services and for fuels, BGBl. No 813/1992, as amended. A price increase is only allowed for the first daily start of operation or in the case of continuous operation only at 00.00 clock. In the case of automatic charging stations with continuous operation, unless there is a supervisory or operating personnel present, a price increase shall be permitted no later than 08.30 h. Price reductions and related price awards may be made at any time.

§ 2. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 31 December 2010.
