195. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on vocational training in the teaching profession Transport Concrete Technology (Transportbetontechnik-trainordnung)

On the basis of § § 8a, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 82/2008, shall be assigned:

Teaching profession Transportbetontechnik

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Transportbetontechnik is set up with a teaching period of three years as an educational experiment.

(2) Training in the teaching profession of ready-to-use concrete technology can take place until the end of 31 December 2013.

(3) The terms chosen in this Regulation shall include the male and female form. In the teaching contract, teaching certificate, teaching letter and in the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist (ready-to-use concrete technician, ready-to-use concrete technician).

Professional profile

§ 2. Due to the vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the apprentice trained in the teaching profession, Transportbetontechnik, is to be qualified to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible way:

Receiving and dispatching customer orders,

Manufacture of ready-mix concrete according to orders from raw materials such as cement, cement, additives and water,

3.

Set up, monitor and operate storage facilities, conveyor, processing and production facilities using computer-based systems,

4.

Cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of storage facilities, conveying, processing and production facilities,

§ 3. (1) The following vocational training is defined for the training in the teaching profession of transport concrete technology. The skills and knowledge referred to shall be conveyed, at the latest in the teaching year referred to in each case, in such a way as to enable the apprentice to pursue qualified activities in the sense of the professional profile, which shall, in particular: Independent planning, carrying out, controlling and optimising.

§ 5. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

(2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(4) The written work of the examination candidate shall be marked accordingly.

Materials Science

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include the substantive answer to tasks from all the following areas:

1.

Quality assurance.

(2) The test can also be checked in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, at least four tasks are to be performed from each area.

§ 9. (1) The audit shall include tasks from all the following areas:

Mechanical calculations (such as work, energy, power),

Mixing and dosing calculations.

(2) The use of calculation orders, formulas and tables is permitted.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Practical examination

Audit work

§ 10. (1) The audit work is based on the execution of an operational work order.

(2) The work order shall include tasks from all the following fields:

1. Manufacture of a concrete mixture according to recipe,

2. Run individual production steps of transport concrete production (including processing of raw materials, setting or commissioning of plant parts, disposing of concrete starting materials),

3. Perform quality assurance tests on raw, intermediate or end products.

In any case, part of the work order are work planning, measures on safety and health protection at work, all necessary measures for environmental protection and quality control. The individual steps in the execution of the work order are to be documented.

(3) The Examination Committee has to carry out a test work on the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice, which can normally be carried out in six hours.

(4) The test work shall be terminated after seven hours.

Expert discussion

§ 11. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) The expert discussion has to be developed from the practical activity. In this case, the practical knowledge of the test specimen can be determined using technical expressions.

(3) The purpose of the topic is to correspond to the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of professional practice. In this case, test pieces, material samples, demonstration objects, apparatus, apparatus, tools or display panels can be used. Issues relating to professional disposal, as well as relevant safety regulations, protective measures and accident prevention are to be included.

(4) The expert discussion shall take 20 minutes for each test specimen. An extension of not more than ten minutes shall be carried out on a case-by-case basis if the examination board is not otherwise able to assess the performance of the test specimen without a doubt.

Repeat Review

§ 12. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) If up to two items have been rated "Not sufficiently", the repeat examination shall be limited to the items rated "Not enough".

(3) If more than two items have been rated "Not enough", the entire test shall be repeated.

Restricted Additional Check

§ 13. (1) After successfully completed examination of the teaching profession, a limited additional examination in accordance with § 27 (2) of the Vocational Education and Training Act can be filed in the teaching profession Transportbetontechnik (Conveying Concrete Technology). This extends to the subject-matter of test work in the scope of Section 10 (2). lit. b. § § 10 and 12 apply mutatily for the additional examination.

(2) After successfully completed examination in the teaching profession Maurer/Maurerin or Schalungsbau, a limited additional examination can be taken in accordance with § 27 (2) of the Vocational Education and Training Act in the teaching profession Transportbetontechnik (Conveying Concrete Technology). This extends to the objects test work in the scope of section 10 (2). lit. Z 2 and 3 as well as expert discussion. § § 10, 11 and 12 apply analogously to the additional examination.

Evaluation

§ 14. The desirability of training in the teaching profession of transport concrete is to be evaluated by using a vocational research institute. Until 30 June 2013, the Federal Vocational Training Advisory Council has issued an opinion (findings, motives report and conclusions) on the transfer of the teaching profession Transportbetontechnik into the regular training to the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family Affairs and the Federal Republic of Germany.
