1. Section:

General

Purpose

§ 1. (1) This Regulation shall issue a public telephone number as well as a public dial plan as a subplan for communication parameters in accordance with § § 24 (1) and 63 TKG 2003 as well as provisions relating to value-added services in accordance with § 24 (2) TKG 2003.

(2) The various numbering ranges shall specify the characteristics of use and the criteria for allocation, the procedures for obtaining rights of use, and charges and provisions relating to value-added services.

Scope

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall apply to all public communications networks operated in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, to all publicly offered communications services and to services based on public communications services, the telephone numbers of the public communications networks operating in the Federal Republic of Germany. Ordinance on the use or use of regulated public telephone numbering plans.

(2) The public selection plan shall apply to all network termination points located in the federal territory, provided that the services offered there use communication parameters which are governed by this Regulation.

(3) Private telephone numbering plans and private selection plans shall not be included in this Regulation.

Definitions

§ 3. For the purposes of this Regulation:

1.		"Range Number": a number sequence that can be at the beginning of a national number. For the number of numbers determined and used for use by a number of places, an intended use shall be established, where appropriate with the inclusion of subsequent posts;
2.		"operator-related service" means a service of a communications service operator directly related to the communication service provided, provided that the service does not also meet the criteria of a value-added service according to Z 16;
3.		"operator identification number" means a sequence of digits identifying a communication service operator, a communication system operator, an operator of a harmonised service of social value or an operator of a telephone directory service;
4.		"decadic call number block" means a maximum large closed call number range, with all of the included call numbers starting with a certain identical number sequence;
5.		"dialer-program" means a program or sub-program that directly or indirectly establishes or controls a dial-up access, whereby the call number used for this purpose is specified by the program itself. A dialer program is also such a program or sub-program that directly or indirectly influences or modifies the configuration of the telecommunications terminal of the user with regard to the production of communication links;
6.		"dial-up access" means an access to the Internet or to other data networks in which a connection to a data network behind it is established by the choice of a telephone number in the public telephone network;
7.		"service outnumber" means a national telephone number consisting of a range code for routing numbers, followed by a number of operators and a numerical sequence dependent on the operator's number of operators, in order to make calls to a specific number of to deliver communications networks or to implement internal network functions;
8.		"service provider" means a person who provides information or other services under a telephone number of the public telephone numbering plan by using a communications service. These include communications service providers who offer the public access to their communications services under a telephone number;
9.		"remuneration" means the charge which is charged to the participant;
10.		"ENUM" means a protocol established by the Internet Engineering Task Force-IETF, which carries out a conversion of call numbers in the format of ITU-T Recommendation E.164 in ENUM Domain Names using the Domain Name System-DNS;
11.		"erotic services" means all services of sex-related content, whether or not the content is indirectly through audio tape, video recordings, texts, images or other recordings, or directly by language, text, video links or combinations to provide services that allow access to such services, as well as all those services that enable users to make erotic contacts;
12.		"eventtarified service" means a service where a certain time-independent fee is charged for the one-off use of the service offered;
13.		"facsimile service" means a service where the retrieval of information is made via facsimile;
14.		"sequential digits" means the extension of a national telephone number or a public short call number by the subscriber up to the maximum number of numbers allowed. This also includes a possible dial-in;
15.		"international telephone number" means a telephone number with a maximum of 15 digits, consisting of the maximum number of three digits, followed by a national number;
16.		"Value-added service" means a service for which the characteristics a to f are applicable.
a)			The service shall be accessible through one or more public communications services,
b)			the service is addressed or used by the users by means of a telephone number,
c)			the service is operated in earnings intent,
d)			The average rate of service provided by the participant in the use of the service shall be more than the communication service provided up to the provider of the value-added service,
e)			the first settlement of the fee shall be made to the participant who is assigned to the network termination point used in connection with the service, and
f)			the master data necessary for the settlement of the participant, which is based on the invoice or the burden on the customer account, shall be provided by that communication service operator who uses the service used in connection with the service. Allocates the network termination point of the concrete service usage.
			In addition to the features a to f, news services and voice services shall be excluded, as well as all of the following characteristics.
g)			The fee is not charged by the operator of the communication service, which has been used by the subscriber for access to the service, in his own name as a communication service provider, but by means of debt collection in a foreign name. ,
h)			the participant may, in the event of alleged improper use of the telecommunications terminal, require that the reservation be reversed or refunded by the communications service provider;
i)			the participant shall be on the invoice on the basis of the type of settlement referred to in lit. g and its associated rights according to lit. h informs, and
j)			the correct company name of the service provider is shown on the invoice;
17.		"Mobile service" means a communication service in which the telecommunications terminal equipment, which can be used independently of the location, is connected to the communication network via a radio interface and at the frequencies used; exclusive rights of use;
18.		"news service" means a communication service used for the transmission of electronic messages used for the addressing of telephone numbers governed by this Regulation;
19.		"national routing number" means a telephone number consisting of a number of places, followed by a number of operators and a number of other digits intended to deliver calls to the communications network designated by the operator.
20.		"national telephone number" means:
a)			a telephone number consisting of an area code or a local network code, followed by a subscriber number and, where appropriate, optional sequence numbers; or
b)			a service outnumber, or
c)			the operator selection test call number;
21.		"use of a telephone number" means the accessibility of the destination addressed by the telephone number in public communications networks or services;
22.		"degree of use" means the ratio of the number of numbers of call numbers used by an arbiter in relation to the number of numbers allocated to it;
23.		"public short-call number" means a telephone number consisting of an access number beginning with paragraph 1, followed, where appropriate, by an optional operator identification number and possible sequence numbers;
24.		"public dial plan" means a plan which shall be based on the permitted number of votes in connection with the network termination points for public communications services used for the addressing of numbers of the public telephone numbering plan laid down in this Regulation; ;
25.		"platform operator" means a company whose service infrastructure has a direct connection to the communications networks of those communications service providers whose end customers use the service and which are responsible for the service concerned; the technical platform on which the contents of the service are stored, or which coordinates the transmission of the content. If such a platform operator does not exist at the time of service provision, the communication service provider, which with its associated communications network provides access to the service, is to be seen as a platform operator;
26.		"private call number plan" means a call number plan which is unaffected by changes in the public telephone number or dial plan;
27.		"private dialing plan" means a plan which contains the permitted number of votes at the access points to a private communications service and which is unaffected by changes in the public telephone number or dial plan. At the access points of a private network, the terminals of the users of the private network are connected;
28.		"PSTN/IP gateway function" means a functionality to ensure interoperability of services in IP-based networks and the traditional circuit-switched telephone network;
29.		"source network tarification" means the determination of the remuneration for a service by the communications service operator who pays this service to the calling party;
30.		"caller" means the user of a communication service or service of a service provider, irrespective of whether a voice, data or intelligence service is used;
31.		"call number plan" means the structuring of addresses of network termination points, subscribers or services;
32.		"subscriber number" means the sequence of digits of a national telephone number which is followed by the number of places or number of places, and which identifies the subscriber who is in a contractual relationship with the communications service provider concerned;
33.		"switching function in private networks" means a functionality which, as a rule, serves to make indirect connections to the caller of users or connections of a private network, which are shared by the caller;
34.		"target network tariff" means the determination of the remuneration for a service by the communication service operator, from whose associated communications network is offered the service, in coordination with the service provider. The fixed fee applies to all participants, regardless of the respective source network;
35.		"Access number" means a number sequence beginning at 1 at the beginning of a public short call number indicating the addressed service;
36.		"related communications network" means the communication network used by a communications service provider for the provision of its services. This may be operated either by the same undertaking which also operates the communications service, or by a third party with which the communication service provider has concluded a cooperation contract.

Availability of call numbers

§ 4. (1) Operators of public telephone networks and services shall ensure the national availability of national telephone numbers and public short call numbers with a maximum number length of twelve digits.

(2) The obligation referred to in paragraph 1 does not allow a right to use a service to be derived. In the event of a permissible limitation of the service by the service provider, a corresponding information of the caller is to be ensured.

(3) The international availability of national telephone numbers is to be permitted in the 800, 810 and all source-network-rated call number ranges, in any case from all parties to the EEA and Switzerland. If a service provider wishes to restrict its international accessibility in areas 800 or 810, the communication network operator, from whose associated communications network is offered the service, shall be entitled to call such calls immediately to end.

(4) The length of a national telephone number shall not exceed twelve digits. It may, however, be 13 digits if the availability is ensured in accordance with § 22 TKG 2003 above paragraph 1.

Call number of the caller

§ 5. (1) In the case of national transport, the transport and transmission of the caller's telephone number between all the public communications network operators involved in the connection shall be mandatory.

(2) All communication service and communication service providers participating in a national connection shall ensure, within their sphere of influence, that in the event of emergency calls,

1.		a fixed network termination point with an associated geographical number, the geographical number;
2.		a mobile telecommunication terminal with a mobile number assigned to the mobile telephone number;
3.		an access point of a private network with a telephone number in accordance with § § 55 ff. without any associated geographical or mobile number, the telephone number of the private network;
4.		a network termination point without any associated geographical or mobile number and without a telephone number of a private network pursuant to § § 55 ff. a phone number, which
a)			enables the establishment of the current location, or, if it is not possible due to technical circumstances,
b)			a call-back of the caller, or, if this is not possible,
c)			allows identification of the participant;
5.		No call number for a mobile telecommunication terminal without an associated call number
is transmitted.

(3) In cases referred to in paragraph 2, the subscriber and all communications service and communications service providers participating in a national connection shall ensure within their sphere of influence that a callable call number, which the participant has the right to use, is transmitted to the called subscriber. If there is no revocable call number, each call number identifying the subscriber may be transmitted as the call number of the caller to the called subscriber.

(4) All communication service and communication service providers participating in a national connection shall ensure within their sphere of influence that, in the event of calls originating from a foreign communications network, that telephone number to the called "subscriber", which has been submitted via the foreign communication network. Exceptions to this are numbers of callers who are not allowed to be used as such in accordance with paragraph 5.

(5) Call numbers in the areas 718, 804, 900, 901, 930 and 931 may not be used as the calling number of the caller. With the exception of these numbers, call numbers from the 900, 901, 930 and 931 ranges are used when used in conjunction with a news service, and if the message or the message service has been requested by the user. Call numbers in the access identification number area may only be used in direct connection with a telephone directory service as the calling number of the caller.

(6) The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 5 shall apply to intelligence services in a meaningful way. In addition, in the case of news services, any type of sender identification may be used, which does not mislead the wrong identity, on the basis of which the sender can be identified and in which there is no likelihood of confusion with call numbers.

Prohibition of use of non-regulated telephone number ranges

§ 6. The use of all telephone number ranges not regulated in this Regulation, as well as non-allocated telephone numbers by communications network operators or communications service providers, is prohibited.

Free international phone numbers
Universal International Freephone Numbers-UIFN

§ 7. Services under an international telephone number for Universal International Freephone Numbers with the country code number 800 are free of charges for the participant.

Dialer services with a foreign reference

§ 8. (1) Communication service providers for fixed networks shall, within the framework of their technical and economic possibilities, take measures to ensure that their participants are able to meet their participants in the production of undesirable fee-based dial-up connections to foreign countries. Call numbers to be protected.

(2) The offering of value-added services abroad by means of dial-up access under Austrian telephone numbers is not permitted. This is only permissible if this connection is based on a corresponding legal relationship which goes beyond the actual use of the service.

Publication of decisions

§ 9. Decisions pursuant to Section 65 (3) of the TKG 2003 in connection with the management of communication parameters are to be published on the website of RTR-GmbH.

Principles of call number allocation

§ 10. (1) On request, RTR-GmbH shall be prefixed to communications service providers, communications network operators, or parts thereof, depending on the respective call number range-numbers or parts thereof, as well as operator identification numbers relating to the operator selection prefix. Service providers for use.

(2) Natural persons who do not have a main residence in Austria, or legal persons without a registered office in Austria, have a delivery agent within the meaning of Section 9 of the Delivery Act, BGBl. No 200/1982 idF BGBl. I n ° 5/2008. Any changes in the person of the service representative shall be notified to RTR-GmbH within two weeks after the change has been made. If the display of this change is not made, RTR-GmbH may, until the new announcement of a service representative by the dispatch holder, the delivery of documents without further delivery attempt by deposit at RTR-GmbH .

(3) Any changes in respect of

1.		the person of the marketing authorisation holder, name, company name, legal personality and address, and
2.		the conditions for allocation of the marketing authorisation holder in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph. and 4. Section of this Regulation
the RTR-GmbH shall be notified immediately.

(4) Shared telephone numbers may only be used by the dispatch holder. The exception to this is the case that the allocation holder has been granted the right to manage subordinate addressing elements independently pursuant to § 65 (1) last sentence TKG 2003 from RTR GmbH.

(5) Participants who have been expressly assigned to telephone numbers as communication service providers in the area of geographical phone numbers, mobile phone numbers or stand-by telephone numbers from an allocation holder according to paragraph 1 may not be allowed to: Manage child-addressing elements independently within the meaning of § 65 (1) last sentence TKG 2003. Such contracts shall be notified by the dispatch holder pursuant to paragraph 1 of RTR-GmbH.

(6) The dispatch holder referred to in paragraph 1 shall electronically display the telephone numbers assigned to a participant in accordance with paragraph 5 by the RTR-GmbH in the format specified by RTR-GmbH in each case, and indicate to which participant these numbers are have been assigned.

(7) Participants who have not been expressly assigned to call numbers in accordance with paragraph 4 or 5 by contract as a communications service provider may use these numbers exclusively themselves.

(8) A participant who has a right of use in accordance with paragraph 4 or 7 on a telephone number in the areas 5 for private networks, 718, 720, 780, 800, 804, 810, 820, 821, 828, 900, 901, 930, 931, 939 or in the access identification number 118 is entitled to: making use of telephone number-related services in the case of different communication service operators.

(9) The right of use of a telephone number also includes all those identities derived therefrom for services which are related to the integrity of the call number space.

(10) Communication parameters not included in this Regulation may be allocated on a temporary basis upon request for non-commercial test purposes within the framework of operational trials for six months. The allocation may contain conditions which fulfil the purpose of the allocation.

(11) In justified individual cases, telephone numbers or call number ranges may be exempted from the allocation. These will be published on the RTR-GmbH website.

(12) Call numbers not included in this Regulation or for which no allocation is made pursuant to the provisions of the third section may be allocated on a reasoned request if it has already been mistaken for a wide range of Public communication or substantial financial expenses for the communication of the telephone number have been made. The allocation shall be limited to a maximum of six months. Only one audio tape may be set up for the allocated telephone number, which indicates the non-availability of the service and, if necessary, refers to another telephone number. In the case of message services, this information can be communicated to the user by means of a message. The allocation may contain conditions which fulfil the purpose of the allocation.

Block allocation of call numbers

§ 11. (1) Unless otherwise specified in the third section, call number blocks shall be allocated by the RTR GmbH.

(2) A call number block according to paragraph 1 is

1.		A decadic call number block consisting of 100 telephone numbers, or
2.		a maximum of a maximum area within a decadic call number block according to Z 1 interrupted by already allocated call numbers.

(3) The maximum possible number of call numbers to be allocated block by block is regulated in the relevant call number ranges.

(4) The allocation of telephone numbers above paragraph 3 shall be allowed only if:

1.		the need for RTR-GmbH to be credibly made, or
2.		in the areas for geographical call numbers, for standard-independent call numbers and for mobile call numbers, a degree of utilization of 50%, in all other numbering ranges, a degree of utilization of 20% of the number of call numbers allocated in each case or in the level of the remuneration concerned.

(5) In the event of a shortage of telephone numbers in a telephone number range, the degree of use specified in paragraph 4 may be dismissed in order to ensure a sufficient number of available telephone numbers in this area. In any case, a scarcity in a telephone number range is available if 70% of the total number of call numbers available has already been allocated in this area.

Allocation of single call numbers

§ 12. (1) If the allocation of individual call numbers is provided in the third section, a maximum of three individual call numbers per call number range are to be allocated without the need for proof of need.

(2) In order to meet a corresponding need for a larger number of individual call numbers, the applicant shall be allocated up to 100 individual call numbers.

(3) For each individual call number used in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2, a further telephone number shall be allocated upon request.

(4) In the case of a call number shortage in a telephone number range, the procedure laid down in paragraphs 1 to 3 may deviate from the procedure for ensuring a sufficient number of available numbers in this area. In any case, a scarcity in a telephone number range is available if 70% of the total number of call numbers available has already been allocated in this area.

Principles of the allocation procedure

§ 13. (1) eligible numbers are to be allocated telephone numbers as call number blocks or individually within the framework of the provisions of this Regulation.

(2) Value preferences are to be taken into account in respect of the number requested, except in the area of geographical numbers and in the area of routing numbers.

(3) The processing of applications shall be carried out in the order in which they are received. If the allocation of identical or overlapping numbering ranges is requested by a number of applicants on the same day, the lot shall be decided. This provision shall not apply to the transfer of rights of use in accordance with § 65 (5) TKG 2003.

(4) The requested telephone numbers or the requested parts thereof shall be available for allocation and the other conditions for allocation are also fulfilled, shall be allocated according to the application.

(5) If an objected telephone number block has already been partially allocated, the applicant shall, at the request of the applicant, be assigned the remaining free telephone numbers in this telephone number block.

Process flow

§ 14. (1) The application for the allocation of telephone numbers or parts thereof shall be submitted to the application form provided by RTR-GmbH and shall include the relevant area-specific documents.

(2) Applicants who are not communication service providers or communication network operators within the meaning of § 15 TKG 2003 shall have to settle a current company book excerpt or any other corresponding proof of identity. Natural persons have to enclose a copy of a valid photo ID.

Usage

§ 15. (1) Shared telephone numbers must be used within the period of at least 180 days specified in the notification of dispatch and must be displayed within the same period of time in the electronic format specified by RTR-GmbH.

(2) The use of assigned telephone numbers may not be interrupted for more than 180 days, otherwise these call numbers shall be deemed not to be used.

(3) The right of use to call numbers which do not comply with the provisions of paragraph 1 shall be deleted.

(4) In the event that telephone numbers have been allocated block-by-block to the allocation holder, the entire block shall be deemed to be used if at least one telephone number is used from it.

(5) If call numbers are used or if an existing use is interrupted, this is the RTR-GmbH from the communication network operators in whose communication networks these call numbers are or have been used, as well as from the Communication service providers who have or had a contract with the subscriber, in the format specified by RTR-GmbH, to display electronically.

(6) For call numbers in the areas 718, 800, 804, 810, 820, 821, 828, 900, 901, 930, 931, 939, the display according to section 5 of section 65 (2) of the TKG 2003 has to be made weekly.

§ 16. Subsequent figures must not be used to address different participants in public services.

Section 3:

Call number plan

Public short-call numbers for emergency services

General

§ 17. (1) A public short call number for emergency services shall be used to address services referred to in paragraph 2.

(2) Emergency services shall be used to prevent a current or imminent threat of life, physical integrity, the environment or assets.

(3) Public short-call numbers for emergency services may be established where there is a statutory contract for the provision of an Austria-wide emergency call service in accordance with paragraph 2, including the use of communication services, which may be used for the purpose of providing emergency services. a telephone number is required for alerting, and the provision of the service is not possible with one of the telephone numbers specified in § 18.

Setting public short-call numbers for emergency services

§ 18. Public short-call numbers for emergency services are:

1.		112 Single European emergency number,
2.		122 Fire brigade headquarters,
3.		128 emergency call number for gas rakes,

§ 94. (1) Communication network operators who plan to import call numbers, with the exception of mobile telephone numbers, into their own communications network shall be allocated a maximum number of operators in the area 86 for national routing numbers for this use.

(2) Communication network operators, to which the number transmission regulation, BGBl. II No 513/2003 (NÜV), it is necessary to allocate either a maximum of two operator identification numbers in the 86 area or a maximum number of operator identification numbers for national routing numbers for this use.

General

§ 117. (1) The provision of value-added services in Austria shall be limited to the use of national telephone numbers in the areas 810, 820, 821, 900, 901, 930, 931, 939 and in the access identification area 118, subject to the terms of the area-specific provisions allowed.

(2) Regardless of the classification of a service as a value-added service within the meaning of § 3 Z 16, the provisions of this section shall in any case apply to all services provided in the areas referred to in paragraph 1 in accordance with the respective call number range. Application.

§ 121. (1) In the case of connections to time-dependent, value-added services in the areas 900, 930 and 939 as well as in the access recognition range 118, the communication service operator, from whose associated communications network is provided the service, is the service provider. Separation of a connection after 30 minutes at the latest, at a minimum rate of less than EUR 2.20 after 60 minutes at the latest.

(2) In the case of fax on-demand services, in which no secure payment information is made in accordance with 0, the service provider shall disconnect the connection at the latest by 10 minutes.

Intelligence Services

Remuneration information immediately prior to use

§ 123. (1) In the case of intelligence services in the areas 900, 901, 930 and 931 as well as in the access identification area 118, it shall be ensured that the user charges the amount of the payment in euros immediately prior to any use of the service in euros. in a suitable manner. The user may not be charged for the fee information. In order to order the service, the user must actively confirm the fee information and the use of the service.

(2) In the case of a news service more than a single fee is charged, in addition to paragraph 1, immediately before the use of the service is to be informed in a suitable manner on the basis of the criteria triggering a tarification free of charge. 1.		The user shall be informed of the charge accumulated within a period of one month, at least in increments of EUR 10.00, with a non-fee-free message. 4.		Only the same charges may be charged for each message in the context of a service.

(3) In the case of intelligence services where the billing takes place via the messages sent by the user, payment information in accordance with paragraph 1 may be omitted, provided that the fee for the individual use of the service is not more than EUR 0.70 and that the fee for the individual use of the service is not less than EUR 0.70. the maximum fee from the first two digits of the subscriber number in the range 901 or 931 in accordance with § 88.

Specific rules of conduct

§ 124. § 125. (2) The platform operator shall forward the proof referred to in paragraph 3 to the platform operator within a reasonable period of time, at the latest within two weeks from the request of the communication service provider.

(3) In any case, the evidence shall include the following information:

1.		The date and content of the fee information prior to the use of the service referred to in 0 (1),
2.		the date and content of the information referred to in paragraph 2 (2) (1),
3.		the date and content of any confirmations sent by the user pursuant to 0 (1) and (2) (2) (2),
4.		the time and content of a message sent by the user in accordance with section 124 (2).

Transitional provisions

§ 126. (1) At the time of the entry into force of this Regulation, any allocation of communication parameters governed by this Regulation shall remain in accordance with the provisions of Section 127. The extent of the rights of use in question shall be determined by the provisions of this Regulation.

(2) Already before 12.05.2004 within the scope of the numbering regulation BGBl. II No. 416/1997 (NVO), the use of geographical numbers with a subscriber number length exceeding § 50 (3) and (4) shall remain unaffected by this provision.

(3) The use of five-or six-digit mobile telephone numbers already implemented under the NVO before 12.05.2004 shall be exempt from the provision of section 61 (1) with regard to the minimum number of call numbers. Such call numbers are to be reported to RTR GmbH immediately by the user using the communication service.

(4) All geographical numbers assigned by the communication service provider and used by subscribers prior to 1 January 2002 shall remain unaffected by this provision with a subscriber number length which is subject to the provisions of section 50 (3) and (4).

(5) For geographical call numbers beginning with the number sequence 70 used in Linz in addition to the local network code 732, the provision of the second sentence of section 4 (4) does not apply.

(6) Mobile phone numbers used in accordance with § 60 Z 1 before 12.05.2004, which may be in the call number blocks in accordance with § 61 (3), are from the provision of this paragraph with regard to the exclusively permitted use for Except for operator-related services. Shutdowns

§ 127. (1) The use of the local net number 70 for Linz must be set at the latest by 12.05.2014.

(2) Communication service operators shall, in an appropriate manner, provide information on the disconnection referred to in paragraph 1 on the basis of the following conditions:

1.		new participants in the local area network Linz in the course of the contract conclusion and

(3) In the context of the provisions of § § 18 (1) and 100 TKG 2003, communication service providers have to be assigned the local net number 732 for subscribers in the local area network Linz.

(4) In the case of the provision of the information service for telephone numbers in the local area network Linz, operators of telephone directory services within the meaning of section 43 (2) shall specify only the local network code number 732.

(5) Communications service providers have on demand the RTR-GmbH

1.		provide up-to-date evaluations regarding the development of the monthly use of the location network code 70 in its associated communications network, and
2.		to provide a comprehensible, meaningful documentation of the time, nature and content of the information measures carried out in accordance with paragraph 2.

(6) In the sense of the provisions of § 5, only the local network number 732 shall be allowed for Linz at the latest as of 12.05.2013 as the caller's telephone number.

(7) Communication service operators providing services to subscribers on the basis of numbers affected by shutdowns shall be obliged to provide the relevant participants in a timely and comprehensive manner with regard to the forthcoming changes to information.

(8) In the case of all call number ranges affected by shutdowns, a tape may be switched after the setting for a maximum period of two years, informing about the setting of the call number and, if necessary, on a new one. Phone number refers to.

entry into force

§ 128. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 July 2009, unless otherwise specified in the following paragraphs.

(2) § 3 Z 16 lit. i and j regarding intelligence services as well as section 121 (6) regarding event-based language services over EUR 0,70 are due to take place on the 7. October 2009, in force.

§ 129. (1) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the 6.
