Regulation of the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Regulatory GmbH, which provides a uniform set of principles throughout Germany for the unique retribution of the use of lines or installations secured by law, also for the establishment, operation, extension or the Renewal of communication lines by their owners (telecom directive 2009-TRV 2009)

On the basis of § 7 TKG 2003, BGBl. I n ° 70/2003, as amended by the BGBl version. I n ° 65/2009, shall be placed in agreement with representatives of the parties concerned:

§ 1. The uniform national indicative rate for the one-time payment of the use of lines or installations secured by law shall also be used for the establishment, operation, extension or renewal of communication lines by the proprietor of the system, EUR 2.30 per cable car set.

§ 2. This principle shall be applied to those tenders or requests which are laid down or placed on the date of entry into force of this Regulation.

§ 3. This Regulation shall expire at the end of 31 July 2014.
