255. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor amending the Standard and Model Regulation 2004 – StMV 2004 (Novelle für StMV 2004)

On the basis of § 17(2). 2 Z 6 and § 19(2). 2 of the Data Protection Act 2000 (DSG 2000), BGBl. I No 165/1999, last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 2/2008, will be prescribed:

The Regulation of the Federal Chancellor on Standard and Model Applications under the Data Protection Act 2000 (Standard and Model Regulation 2004 – StMV 2004), BGBl. II No 312, as follows:

1. In Annex 1 in the index ‘SA025 pupil events and evidence of the burden on educational institutions’ by the line "SA025 Evides of students and students and evidence of the burden on educational institutions" replaced.

2. In Annex 1, the standard application will be "SA010 Registration Register" replaced by the following standard application and heading:

B. Central register

The purpose of the data application:

The central registration register as an information interconnection system with the notifying authorities as participating contracting authority, where the Federal Minister for Home Affairs has to further process the reporting data that it has left, including automation support, produced and stored text documents (such as correspondence). Communicating the notifying authorities through the § 16a. 4 hotspots referred to above the factuality of the residence link.
