92. Federal Law, with which the Federal Law on External Legal Relations of the Evangelical Church, the Federal Law on Financial Services to the Old Catholic Church and the Federal Law on Financial Services to the Israelite Religious Society shall be amended

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the Federal Law on External Legal Relations of the Evangelical Church

The Federal Law on External Legal Relations of the Evangelical Church, BGBl. No. 182/1961, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. No 318/1996 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2007, BGBl. I n ° 6, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 20 (1) noisy introduction part and lit. a:

" (1) In view of the omission of the achievements of the Evangelical Church from the Imperial Patent of 8 April 1861, RGBl. N ° 41, the Federation of the Evangelical Church, beginning with the year 2008, has to provide the following services every year:

a)			an amount of EUR 1 113 000, "

2. § 20 (3) reads:

"(3) The difference in the payment of the instalments due for the year 2008 to the partial amounts already made for 2008 shall be made within two months of the entry into force of this Federal Law."

Article 2

Amendment of the Federal Act on Financial Services to the Old Catholic Church

The Federal Act on Financial Services to the Old Catholic Church, BGBl. N ° 221/1960, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. No 316/1996 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2007, BGBl. I n ° 6, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Article 1, para. 1, the introduction and the lit. a:

" (1) The Republic of Austria provides the Old Catholic Church with the following services every year, starting with the year 2008:

a)			an amount of EUR 51 000, "

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 1:

"(4) The difference in the payment of the partial amounts due for 2008 to the partial amounts already made for 2008 shall be made within two months of the entry into force of this Federal Law."

Article 3

Amendment of the Federal Law on Financial Services to the Israelite Religious Society

The Federal Law on Financial Services to the Israelite Religious Society, BGBl. No. 222/1960, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. No 317/1996 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2007, BGBl. I n ° 6, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 3 (1) first sentence reads:

" The continuous annual allocation according to § 1 lit. b is composed of a fixed amount of EUR 308 000 and the replacement of the respective salary of 23 staff of the cult communities, with an average reference being used. "

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 3:

"(4) The difference in the payment of the partial amounts due for 2008 to the partial amounts already made for 2008 shall be made within two months of the entry into force of this Federal Law."
