317. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Regulation on general framework directives for the granting of grants from federal funds (ARR 2004)

Pursuant to Section 20 (5) of the Federal Budget Law (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 78/2009, shall be:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on general framework guidelines for the granting of grants from federal funds, BGBl. II No 51/2004, shall be amended as follows:

" General

5. § 13 together with headline reads:

" Control and evaluation

§ 13. (1) After completion of the funded performance, the relevant institutions shall:

16. § 38 Z 6 lit. b is:

21. The following paragraphs 5 and 6 are added to § 45:
