341. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Regulation on recommended vaccinations 2006

According to § 1b para. 2 of the Vaccine Bill Act, BGBl. No. 371/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 2/2008 and the Federal Ministries Act of 2009, BGBl. I No 3, shall be assigned:

The Federal Minister for Health and Women's Regulation on recommended vaccinations 2006, BGBl. II No 526/2006, is amended as follows:

1. In accordance with § 3, the following § 3a is inserted:

" § 3a. A vaccination within the meaning of Section 1b (2) of the Vaccine Bill Act is a vaccination against New Influenza A (H1N1), provided that it is carried out with a vaccine approved for Austria and if and as long as the World Health Organisation (WHO) has a Influenza pandemic has been declared. "

2. In accordance with § 4, the following § 5 is added:

" § 5. § 3a enters into force 27. October 2009, in force. "
