The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 34 (1) of the Home Labour Act 1960, BGBl No. 105/1961, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 74/2009 authorises the adoption of domestic labour tariffs at the request of a collective contractual body of employees.
The Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection has issued a decision of 16 November 2009 following the implementation of a senate hearing:
Homework tariff
for the manufacture or processing of plastics from plastics by home workers
Scope
§ 1.
a) |
Spatial: for the federal state of Lower Austria, political district Gmünd |

b) |
Technical: for the production of sleeves and similar articles made of plastics, for the reception of lips or grease tipends and similar as well as of pumps, dispensers and portioning devices for food and beverage products made of plastic such as e.g. Senf or ketchuppumpen. |

c) |
Personal: for all clients who employ homeworkers for the works listed under (b). |
Charges
§ 2. The unit fees of the employees working in homework are to be calculated with an hourly wage of 5.36 €.
Home surcharge
§ 3. In the case of unit charges calculated in this way, the employees working at home will receive a separate 10% home employment supplement to be issued.
Other claims
§ 4. The holiday grant and the Christmas Remuneration are four weekly wages each, which is 8%.
Onset of effectiveness
§ 5. The effective start of this home work rate will be set at 1 July 2009.
