403. Presentation by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, the Family and Youth concerning the list of harmonized standards for the safety of lifts and of safety components for lifts
On the basis of § 71 (4) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 68/2008, in conjunction with Section 5 (4) of the lifts-Safety Ordinance 2008-ASV 2008, BGBl. II No 274/2008, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 310/2009, shall be made known:

The harmonized European standards and the corresponding Austrian standards for the safety of lifts and of safety components for lifts shall be included in the recasting of Annex XVI to Annex XVI to the European Parliament and the Council of the European Communities. Lifts-Safety Ordinance 2008-ASV 2008 with stand 5 November 2009 listed. |

This agreement provides for Article 5 (2) of the Lifts Directive (Directive 95 /16/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to lifts, OJ L 327, 30.4.1995, p. No. OJ L 213 of 07.09.1995, as amended by Article 24 of Directive 2006 /42/EC on machinery and amending Directive 95 /16/EC (recast), OJ L 213, 31.7.2006, p. No. OJ L 157 of 09.06.2006), in conjunction with the Commission communication 2009 /C 263/03 of 05.11.2009. |
