470. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the transfer of tasks pursuant to Section 5 (2) (4) of the Federal Budget Act and of accounting tasks pursuant to Section 6 (1) of the Federal Budget Act
Due to § § 5 (2) Z 4 and 6 (1) of the Federal Budget Act-BHG, BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 78/2009, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
§ 1. The tasks referred to in Section 5 (4) of the Federal Budget Act shall be

§ 2. The accounting tasks listed in § 7 of the BHG are transferred to the Federal Accounting Agency of the Federal Republic of Germany for the institutions referred to in § 1.
§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2010 in force.
