497. Regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, which changes the Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation

On the basis of the Foreign Police Act 2005 (FPG), BGBl. I n ° 100, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior for the implementation of the Tourism Act 2005 (Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation-FPG-DV), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 450/2005, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 188/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 together with the title is:

" Authorisation to issue and renew visas at certain border crossing points

§ 1. The local competent authorities are authorised to issue and renew visas at the following border crossing points:

1.		airport Graz;
2.		Innsbruck Airport;
3.		airport Klagenfurt;
4.		Linz airport;
5.		airport Salzburg;
6.		Flughafen Wien-Schwechat. "

2. In § 3, the word order shall be " as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1791/2006, OJ L 210, 31.7.2006, p. No. OJ L 363, 20.12.2006 p. 1 " through the phrase " as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 856/2008, OJ L 327, 31.12.2008, p. No. L 235 of 20.07.2008 p. 1 " replaced.

3. In accordance with § 5, the following § 5a together with the heading is inserted:

" Outer form of the card for patient

§ 5a. Cards for patience will be made according to the pattern of the Annex A "

4. In accordance with § 6, the following § 6a and title shall be inserted:

" External form of identity card for strangers

§ 6a. Identity cards for strangers are made according to the pattern of Appendix B "

5. In Section 9 (2), the word order shall be "a visa" through the phrase "a permission" replaced.

6. The following paragraphs 4 and 5 are added to § 12:

" (4) § § 1, including heading, 3, 5a, title, 6a with title, 9 para. 2 and 12 para. 5, as well as annexes A and B in the version of the regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior BGBl. II No 497/2009, shall be 1. Jänner 2010 in force.

(5) § 1 in the version of the regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior BGBl. II No 497/2009 shall apply with a view to the extension of visas from 5 April 2010. '
