4. Federal Law, with which the War Victims Pension Act 1957, the Victims ' Welfare Act, the Army Supply Act, the Vaccine Bill Act and the Crime Sacrifice Act are amended

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the War sacrificial Supply Act 1957

The War Sacrifice Supply Act 1957, BGBl. No 152/1957, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 129/2008, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 113f, the following § 113g shall be added together with the heading:

" One-off payment for the year 2010

§ 113g. (1) Residents with a normal stay in Germany who are entitled to an income-dependent pension under this Federal Act in December 2009 shall be entitled to a one-off payment of 4.2% of the income-dependent pension in 2010. Pension.

(2) The one-off payment is to be paid with the pension rights up to February 2010.

(3) The one-off payment shall not be considered as an income within the meaning of the social compensation laws. From the one-off payment, no contributions to health insurance are to be paid. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Victim Welfare Act

The victims ' welfare law, BGBl. No. 183/1947, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 129/2008, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 17h, the following § 17i together with the title is added:

" One-off payment for the year 2010

§ 17i. (1) Residents with a normal stay in Germany who are entitled to an income-dependent pension under this Federal Act in December 2009 shall be entitled to a one-off payment of 4.2% of the income-dependent pension in 2010. Pension.

(2) The one-off payment is to be paid with the pension rights up to February 2010.

(3) The one-off payment shall not be considered as an income within the meaning of the social compensation laws. From the one-off payment, no contributions to health insurance are to be paid. "

Amendment of the Army Supply Act

The Army Supply Act, BGBl. No 27/1964, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 129/2008, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 98h, the following § 98i together with the heading is added:

" One-off payment for the year 2010

§ 98i. (1) Residents with a normal stay in Germany who are entitled to an income-dependent pension under this Federal Act in December 2009 shall be entitled to a one-off payment of 4.2% of the income-dependent pension in 2010. Pension.

(2) The one-off payment is to be paid with the pension rights up to February 2010.

Article 4

Amendment of the Vaccine Bill

The Vaccine Damage Act, BGBl. No. 371/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 2/2008, shall be amended as follows:

" One-off payment for the year 2010

§ 8g. (1) Residents with a normal stay in Germany who are entitled to an income-dependent pension under this Federal Act in December 2009 shall be entitled to a one-off payment of 4.2% of the income-dependent pension in 2010. Pension.

(2) The one-off payment is to be paid with the pension rights up to February 2010.

(3) The one-off payment shall not be considered as an income within the meaning of the social compensation laws. From the one-off payment, no contributions to health insurance are to be paid. "

Article 5

Amendment of the Crime Rights Act

The Crime Victim Law, BGBl. No 288/1972, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 40/2009, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 15g, the following § 15h is added together with the title:

" One-off payment for the year 2010

§ 15h. (1) Persons with a habitual residence in Germany who are entitled to a income-dependent performance in accordance with § 3a in December 2009 shall be entitled to a one-off payment of 4.2% of the income-related benefit for 2010.

(2) The one-off payment is to be paid out with the services by February 2010.

(3) The one-off payment shall not be considered as an income in the sense of the social compensation laws. "
