8. Federal Act to amend the Industrial Regulations 1994, the Economic Scatter Trade Act and the Audit-Quality Assurance Act

Article 1

Amendment of the Industrial Regulations 1994

The Industrial Order 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009 and the Federal Ministries Act of 2009, BGBl. I n ° 3/2009, shall be amended as follows:

In § 337, the previous word sequence is given the title "(1)" and the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) The tasks of the Chambers of Commerce and specialized organizations as defined in § § 21 (4) and (5), (22) (1) and (2), (5), (2), (2), (119), (5), (5), (351), (352) and (352a) (2) shall be assigned to the Impact of the organisations of the commercial economy. The respective self-governing bodies and bodies shall be bound by the instructions of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth in the course of these tasks. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Economic Scatter Trade Act

The Economic Scattering Trade Act, BGBl. I n ° 58/1999, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be amended as follows:

The following paragraph 4 is added to section 146:

" (4) The President of the Chamber of Economic Scatterers shall be subject to the instructions of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs in the concern of tasks falling within the transferred scope of action of the Chamber of Economic Scatterers in accordance with Section 146 (3). Article 3

Amendment of the statutory audit-quality assurance law

The statutory audit quality assurance law, BGBl. I n ° 84/2005, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 142/2006, is amended as follows:

The following sentence shall be added to section 25d (3):

"In matters of the transferred sphere of action, the President of the Chamber shall be subject to the instructions of the Federal Minister of Economics, Family and Youth of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs."
