62. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Regulation on the authorization of the Heads of Organizational Units according to § 17a BHG on overscheduled expenditure
Due to § 17a (3) of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 138/2009, shall be:
The regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the authorization of the heads of organizational units according to § 17a BHG on overscheduled expenditure, BGBl. II No 2/2007, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 399/2007, is amended as follows:
1. § 1 reads:
" § 1. The heads of the organisational units intended for the application of the flexibility clause

Federal Institute for Adult Education (Ordination of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture on the determination of the Federal Institute for Adult Education St. Wolfgang as an organizational unit in which the flexibilisation clause for the Application, BGBl. II No 621/2003), |

Support Unit Central Reporting Register (ordinance of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the determination of the Support Unit Central Reporting Register (ZMR) as an organizational unit, in which the flexibilization clause is applied, BGBl. II No 20/2003), |

shall be authorized to provide over-scheduled expenditure in the individual financial years of the project period until 31 December 2010 in accordance with the provisions of Section 17a (3) of the BHG. "
2. § 3 reads:

shall be authorized to provide over-scheduled expenditure in the individual financial years of the project period until 31 December 2012 in accordance with the provisions of Section 17a (3) of the BHG. "
(3) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 5:
" (4) § 1 and § 3 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 62/2010 shall enter into force with the presentation of this Regulation. '
